Perfect and private escape for work or play. this This entire, large apartment with balcony, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, LR/DR & extra sleeping alcove is in the center of town, close to great restaurants with outdoor dining, and steps away from NYC. transport. Beautifully decorated with everything you need at hand, including a well stocked kitchen and premium linens. Completely contact-less, no elevators or shared spaces and sparkling clean. Comfortably sleeps a family of 5, with Queens in each BR, and full futon of the LR. Quiet street, hosts on site, easy walking distance to shops, grocery stores, waterfront paths, parks and commuting.

Terrific place to base yourself when visiting New York. The bus into the Port Authority was only a couple of streets away. Lovely, safe neighbourhood with lots of great places to eat and excellent coffee. The apartment is as lovely as it shows in the pictures. The place was really clean and tidy and had everything you could need. It is an old character house so has window mounted air con units. Diane was an incredible host who was super quick with communication and really helpful. Thoroughly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much, wonderful place, great views of Manhattan, being able to see the Empire State Building and the Edge @ Hudson Yards from the bedroom was “peak” as my kids would say. Great amount of space for a family, and it’s nice to have a fully stocked kitchen, laundry, dishwasher, all the things. Diane was great with information, suggestions, a binder full of good information to answer virtually any question but then also available and willing to help if any other questions popped up. She did such a great job with the binder of info that all of our questions were pretty much answered. We normally stay in midtown when we come to NYC, but it was a very nice change staying just on the other side of the river, with a great view, and a ton more space than you get in NYC. One quick ferry ride or train stop away from Manhattan. We will have fond memories of our time here in Hoboken and we’re so glad we stayed. Thank you Diane for your hospitality!

We had a fantastic stay in the NYC area. Diane was incredibly communicative and proactive, offering great suggestions for local sights and transportation in and around Hoboken. It's clear she is an experienced host; her expectations for checkout were very reasonable, and the rental provided great value in terms of location, price, and space. We truly enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Quiet, leafy street in Hoboken with easy access to Manhattan by bus, ferry or Path. Apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay; well equipped and tastefully decorated with the most amazing views of the skyline. Short walk to park, waterfront, shops and restaurants. Host was proactive and responsive and gave great suggestions for local amenities. Can’t recommend this accommodation highly enough. Loved it!

We are so glad we chose to stay at this VRBO. The location was perfect—within easy walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and transportation into Manhattan. The apartment was comfortable, charming, and offered a wonderful view of the NYC skyline.It was also exceptionally well-stocked, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel welcoming and convenient for guests. The owners were responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. They provided detailed instructions for parking and assisted with obtaining permits, which made the process simple and stress-free.This property played a big part in making our family trip enjoyable and memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting the area.

This property is in a great location with amazing views just steps away! It was a little noisy at times but no fault of the owner. I recommend the ferry to get to NYC. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful location especially if you are a Stevens parent! Light and bright living and dining room, well equipped kitchen, it was clean and comfortable and so homey. I could have stayed forever.

This was such a comfortable stay. Furnishings and beds were heaven after a long day. Quick access to a bus stop. Neighborhood had fun restaurants and waterfront. 15 minutes from Downtown Manhattan. Great living area to visit or if casual stay everything is there to prep a meal. I hate to say it is wonderful but keep it a secret that it is!

This was a beautiful apartment on a quiet street in Hoboken, NJ. The apt is on the second floor, very well appointed, and includes a private balcony/terrace. It was comfortable to share with 4-6 people, with room to spread out. There is a full kitchen, washer, and dryer, and all the comforts of home.There is an amazing view of New York City across the river in the evening. One night we were even treated to fireworks.The host is super helpful and friendly.As far as the price, given what we got, it was reasonable. I’m just not used to finer accommodations. I do not know how to define reasonable on such wonderful accommodations so far beyond budget motels.I’d love to go again and stay in this lovely home away from home!

This place was absolutely amazing. Very clean and cozy. We had lots of room for our family, great beds, and layout.It is the best location for walking to everything you need... bagels, buses and booze;-)The host was so kind, responsive and accommodating.We will definitely stay here again.

Everything about this unit is as advertised. It’s comfortable, well-appointed, just feet to Washington St, and its host is both responsive and cordial. A quick look at the reservation calendar tells you everything you need to know…it’s popular for a reason! We recommend it without condition.

Excellent accommodation and location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, property was a home from home with everything we needed and more. Location and local restaurants/shops all fabulous. Would definitely return as loved this town. It was an ideal base to explore New York City and return to relax each day too.

The owner was so helpful with our stay. She was kind enough to give us advice on how to get around NJ/NY and even left maps in the apartment to help you out! Would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay and property - if I could give it an 11/10 I would! Beautiful property with amazing views and very close to NYC with easy access via bus, ferry or train.Great food locations and the owners are amazing people with great communication. The place is AMAZING!!! We booked this for our family vacation with teenagers and they loved it - plenty of room for a family of 5!Thank you!!

Jay and I have been married since right after college, and are among the 'founding families' of Hoboken, staying here while our three kids grew up in a unique and urban walking town. We love to travel, and are big VRBO vacation renters, renting houses as far away as Washington state, Maine, New Hampshire and California. Jay works in Manhattan, and I work in Hoboken.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We purchased this house in 1999, when our family was really young. Over the years we've renovated almost every square inch of the place, while trying to keep the original, historic charm. The house was built in 1901, along with 4 other 'mirror-image' houses on Castlepoint. We love the street, the neighborhood and the fact that it's a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Hoboken. We've recently decided to convert one apartment so we could expand a little over the holidays, and enjoy the city view.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

This home has a history, and living in it has been a very happy experience. We're a half a block from the park, and in the summer, our kids were in and out, off the basketball courts, on the playground, biking, roller blading. We've watched the Hoboken waterfront transform from broken down industrial into an absolute gem, where people walk, bike and fish, and simply sit outside with a book. Hoboken is a neighborhood extension of Manhattan.
