Weekend Getaway

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we love it. It’s clean, cozy and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. We also liked the pool and beach access. We will definitely book again.

Amazing Weekend Getaway

We love this spot! This place had a great view of the surf break and was very clean and pleasant. I would love to come back soon.

Amazing!

The place is very comfortable, clean, with a beautiful view. Las gaviotas is a dream places, with phenomenales wiews Clean and a place where you feel very safe to be. It is definitely a place to return to.

Amazing views!!!

The views from the deck were truly peaceful and amazing. The community was easy to get to and very clean and organized. The beach access was very easy to walk to and the food at the pool was AMAZING!!! Will definitely go again in the future.

Perfect for a couple

We loved the view from the living room and balcony. It's very nice and clean and close to the beach which I liked because I surf. You can even check the waves from the balcony. We are coming back for sure and will rent this little gem again for sure!

Lovely venue

The condo with ocean view was in a great community that felt very safe and secure. Super clean and tastefully appointed. We knew there was highway noise when we booked.

Quick Get Away - Our Favorite Spot

Love Las Gaviotas and the community. The unit was as described (beautiful views and all. We had everything we needed. Host was available for communication and very nice / helpful. We will definitely be back.

Great choice!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this newly remodeled condo during memorial day weekend. Everything was very clean and new. The view was also fabulous. We would recommend this condo to any couple.

Wonderful getaway!

A great place for a getaway, that was nicely appointed, clean, and had great views of the ocean. The check-in process to the community was cumbersome, and I didn't give myself enough time to prepare, so if you get everything sorted ASAP, it should be a clear and easy stay! Additionally, if it's a cold weekend during your visit plan to bring layers!

Great location!

We loved our stay at the condo. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. The location was great. There was security in the front. They were very helpful. We loved the proximity to the beach. We also loved the pool area and that there was food and drinks available for purchase. We are already planning our next stay.

Great Weekend!

My wife and I had a wonderful Rosarita weekend getaway staying at Las Gaviotas. The place is clean, functional and the best part is the terrace with a beautiful view of the ocean. If you're a surfer, you will be pleasantly surprised when you discover how close the beach is to the apartment. It is just a short walk and you're there. Happy weekends awake!

Beautiful Gated Community

The property at Las Gaviotas felt warm, inviting, and safe. The unit had spectacular views and we really enjoyed having breakfast and drinks on the balcony. At night the place can be a bit noisy from the street, but that would NEVER detour us from coming back. It was such a lovely stay with a convenient market right across the street and Puerto Nuevo just south with a steal of a deal for great seafood lunch/dinner! The grounds were stunning and we will definitely return.

Surf view from a comfy 1BR gem

Rick's rental is classy and clean, with comfortable deck furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wifi and tasteful furnishings are a bonus! The unit is a short walk to the beach, for a day of volleyball, surfing or just plain relaxing. The fold-out futon in the front room offers an extra sleeping option, complete with ocean view. The pool and jacuzzi down the cobblestone lane are refreshing and restorative features of this immaculate community.

Loved it!

Just returned home from my first trip to Las Gaviotas with my husband and grandson. Las Gaviotas did not disappoint, although I would like to return when it is a bit warmer. Condo was as described and suited us just fine, had everything I needed for making our meals when we weren't out in town. Pool, jacuzzi, and views are what we enjoyed the most and we took advantage of the opportunity to see some condos for sale too. Definitely would like to return with the rest of the family :)

Clean and secure with a great view.

The condo was clean and comfortable and Rick and Lucy were able to supply us with most everything we required. Gerardo, the maintenance man is a wonderful fellow and a great resource. Las Gaviotas is quiet and well maintained with a wonderful malecon and beautiful sand beach. It is well located for day drives to Rosarito or Ensenada. However outside the gates there are limited attractions and amenities within walking distance and the road is very busy. As hikers we were unable to find any hiking trails in the area.

Great Balcony, Amazing View!

We had an excellent weekend at Las Gaviotas. The property was as expected and as described. The condo does have an expectacular view of the ocean from the oversized balcony! Big enough to bbq and to enjoy the sun. Everything in the unit was in working condition and our stay was comfortable. The furniture does need to be updated ASAP, especially living room and kitchen table! The wi-fi worked great and that was definitely a big plus! I cooked every day we were there and the kitchen had everything I needed! Las Gaviotas in general is a great place to stay.

Los Gaviotas, the hidden gem.

I've been visiting the community of Los Gaviotas for the last 12 years or so. It's such a great alternative to the nearby hotels. This particular unit is clean, well equipped and well maintained. My favorite part of this one bedroom condo was the expansive deck. The ocean view, especially at sunset, was just spectacular. The only downside is that it butts up to a busy road, rather noisy during the day, but calms down somewhat in the evening. Also the check in time at 5pm seems a little extreme, the norm seems to be between 1 to 3pm. However, the bottom line is that I would highly recommend this property.
