This is our 3rd time at this property. The host is always easy to work with. It's a great location and we hope to continue to use it in the future. One year we had to cancel very close to our date and Jim let us pick another weekend to use instead. No extra charges or any issues. We've only used it during the non ski season. Tons of events at the Village during the summer months. Thanks Jim.

Perfect location at the Village!

We came to a friend's 50th birthday party and we stayed her during the weekend. The village was very lively with many events and the condo super comfortable our family.

Great stay at a great location!

The condo was as advertised and the owners couldn't have been better to work with. The location is spacious and very clean. Combine that with access to skiing just outside the door - you can't do better than this. 10 out of 10.

Easy access to all Palisades has to offer. Comfortable. Best equipped rental I’ve ever used.

Palisades Tahoe Ski Vacation in the village

Great solo ski vacation for 8 days. This condo had everything I needed and was fully stocked. Perfect location in building 3 right across the street from fireside Pizza. We’re definitely stay here again. 5 star rating 😊⛷️

Wonderful condo

We stay in the village once a year and usually do it through the hotel. Tried a condo through VRBO this year and it was a great experience. Jim was very communicative and clear and it made the whole stay stress free. Kitchen is well stocked.

Great Host!

The communication and friendliness of the host/owner was absolutely superb! From the moment I made the reservation, through the stay, and check-out, the host made everything smooth. The house guide he sent us was extremely helpful and accurate. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this condo to others.

Perfect Village Location

Condo as advertised. Kitchen very well equipped. Owner very responsive. Recommend for 4 adults very comfortable there is sofa sleeper and air mattress if you wanted to add a couple of more people.

Tahoe getaway

Property was exactly as advertised. The owner, Jim, was great to deal with and was quick to answer any question. The information packet provided prior to our stay was very comprehensive and useful. We really enjoyed the many restaurants and bars located in the village. We would highly recommend taking the tram or hiking up to High Camp and enjoying pool/spa/restaurant. The view is spectacular.

This was the perfect location right in the middle of the village. The condo felt like home for a few days. Excellent communication with the host. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great location for a fun weekend at Squaw!

The owners are great communicators and have a beautiful condo. Located at the center of the Village, this condo overlooks restaurants, shops, and amazing views of the mountains. Plenty of space and amenities.

Nice place but needed AC

Very nicely appointed, kitchen is very small, it was very hot the days we were there and AC would have been useful to cool things down. Getting a second car to park in the underground parking turned out to be hard from finding where to go. Having keys snail mailed turn out problematic b/c I forgot to take them with us.

Comfortable and Well Furnished

The space was very clean and had great furnishings. It's quick walk from the building to the tram and proximity to everything else in the Village is very convenient. Jim was very friendly and easily reached.

Perfect race weekend get away

The condo at the Palisades Tahoe was the perfect retreat for our race weekend. Super clean, comfortable and relaxing. I hope to be back next year!

Great place, location and host

We were 2 couples on a ski vacation and stayed in Jim's condo in the village. The condo is very clean and comfortable. We like to cook and there were plenty of pots and pans to choose from and it also had a lot of spices, oils, sugar, etc. we could use. It's in a prime location with a very short walk to the lifts and restaurants. Communications with Jim were timely and easy. The packet of information received with the keys is complete with everything you need to know. We would highly recommend renting this condo, and hope to stay in it again!

Incredible

This is the unit of all units. Everything about it was perfect. Location? Building #3 -- walk right out to the ski school or Red Dog. On the other side, Fireside Pizza and the Irish Pub. Amenities -- it is all there. Spices, pots, pans...everything you need to cook a nice meal. Entertainment? Great collection of DVDs to keep the whole family happy. Incredible range including box sets: Bond, Matrix, MIB, Mission Impossible..... And board games. If you are a family and want to keep your kids off the electronics, this place has all the board and card games you need. Lastly, the host. Awesome response time but frankly, there is no need to even connect with Jim. He does such a good job with providing an info packet that you will have all your questions answered before you arrive. Will definitely stay here again.
