* Living room includes a new queen size sleeper sofa with Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattress, cozy gas fireplace and air conditioning.
* Full kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range, toaster, coffee maker and more. Fully equipped with cookware and dishes.
* Private balcony on top floor, end unit with mountain views.
* 2 LED flatscreen TVs, Wifi Internet, Cable, Blu-Ray DVD player and Chromecast for streaming media.
* Outdoor rooftop hot tubs with views of the ski mountain.
* Parking for one vehicle is included in the gated underground garage with elevator access.

Built in 2003, The Village at Palisades Tahoe is a lively European-style pedestrian village with restaurants, shops, yoga studio and nightlife just steps away. During the winter enjoy world class downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, sledding, snowmobiling, dog sledding, snowshoeing, and ice skating.
Spring, summer and fall activities at or near the resort include hiking, biking (trail and mountain), horseback riding, tennis, golf, rafting on the Truckee River, and boating, sailing, kayaking, and swimming on beautiful Lake Tahoe.
Our condo is independently owned and operated. As such, we try to offer this property for less than booking directly with the resort. Daily housekeeping is NOT included in these discounted rental rates, but can be arranged directly through us should you desire for a fee. Advance notice is needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as described. We loved the easy access to the slopes and the Village. It was a perfect ski getaway.

Had a really nice time. The unit was great top floor quiet end unit. Karen and Michael great hosts. Easy to connect answered our questions and gave great guidance and information.

My husband and I have stayed in vacation rentals all over the country and had high expectations. They were all met in this condo. We did not cook, but had we wanted to the kitchen was very well stocked, The bed was comfortable and the rest of the condo decorated nicely. And the view! OMG. If the Olympic Village didn’t offer enough dining and shopping options just a short drive to either Truckee or Tahoe City filled in all the gaps. We visited a ski resort in the summer so the atmosphere was very relaxed and laid back. We would recommend this rental to our friends.

Great Spot! Close to everything!!
Loved staying here. Had everything we needed and was a great location. Easy to check in and access. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful and restful stay
Mid August was the perfect time for a quiet and relaxing stay at the condo. There is so much to do in the area and the weather was great. We hope to come back!

Alpine Retreat
Comfortable convenient and central location to explore Palisades and nearby attractions. Enjoyed the quiet laid-back resort. The condo was inviting at the end of the day.

Palisades Vacation
Great stay. The place was great and exactly as advertised.
We especially appreciated the good communication with the Owner. They were great with handling Keys, Parking details etc.

A ski week with my son
Great property and amenities. Perfect location to hop on the ted dog lift to start your day. Close to everything at the base. Would definitely come again!

Great Location for Skiing
The condo was in a convenient location for skiing, dinning and shopping. The kitchen was well supplied and the king size bed was exceptionally comfortable. We hope to make a visit to this condo a yearly tradition.

It was great an amazing experience for me and two children ,tranquility, amazing view.
The property is great,clean,convenient, the village was very close to different activities, amazing balcony view for nature lover.The owner were easy to work with.

The condo is on the top floor and the end unit. There is less foot traffic and noise. The carpet and the sleeper sofa are relatively new. Its location has easy access to the ski lift. We had a very pleasant stay. Thanks

Convenient and Comfortable!
Very easy to stay in this wonderfully located property. We loved the view of the mountains from the window and deck. The apartment had just about everything we needed and was very comfortable and easy to use. Clean, convenient, and comfortable throughout our stay!

Great location and quiet. The weather was perfect so it wasn't too hot nor too cold. Check in was seamless as was checkout. Good supplies for cooking including cooking basics and condiments in fridge. Quick response to questions. Would definitely stay again and do recommend.
