This unit is completely furnished, and has all the necessities for a relaxing, convenient, quiet get-a-way plus you will have the entire place to yourselves.

This one level clean home sleeps 4 guests (and possibly 2 more with a blow-up mattress), it's 1944 sq ft with 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathroom, 1 office, laundry rm, enclosed/attached 2 car garage, outside patio, hiking/biking trails nearby, community ctr 2 blocks away with swimming, jacuzzie and a gym, & fun for everyone!

HOA rules applies to all owners and renters.

>19' vehicles will not fit in the carport and will just make the garage!

Price is based on 4 people, up to 2 additional people add $15/person, w/an increase to the cleaning fee (fee based on 2.5 hrs to clean).

If you are bringing an animal with you, there is an additional $250/pet fee (non-refundable) due directly to the owner after you reserve the unit (to avoid extra vrbo fees set on top of it). If not paid, it will be collected through the resolution center. (A few bad dogs ruined it for the rest.) Please account and calculate for this additional $250 if you intend to bring an animal. Please bring a kennel for your pet and have them kenneled while you are away or during the sleep hours. There is NO doggie door (or permanent fencing) so you must plan to take your pet outside on a leash regularly. There is a commuity dog park 1/4 mile away,

Bedrooms include:
- Bedroom 1: Master - King Bed
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Office for 3rd room (no closet)

Accommodation for toiletries, necessities, etc. are available for a few days only; like a weekend, (depending on the size of your group and how frequent the use). You will need to purchase those items for the rest of your stay.

All reservations will be pending until a cleaning person can be committed to your reservation. Reservations cannot be made too far in advance (no more than 60days in case current renters want to stay longer).

Garbage is in the large container located in the garage and is picked up Mon and Wed.

TV in living room, master bedroom, 2nd bedroom & office and all is on streaming only but have antenna with local stations.

There is a code on the garage and inside there is an additional key. The additional key is in the kitchen cabinet.

Use of living room TV and internet information is on a card by the spare keys located in kitchen desk cabinet.

Please leave all used towels and used bedding on the ground when departing.

Quiet times are 10 pm thru 7 am.

Do not put any left-over containers into the microwave. Put food on a plate or bowl and reheat. Failure to do so will incur additional expenses through the resolution center.

Smoking is NOT allowed inside, but smokers can smoke outside only, 25' away from the house. Owner is extremely allergic to cigarette smoke and it's after affects.

Heat is available if needed via heat pump and must be set at 52 degrees when you leave or with A/C, set at 86 degrees when you depart.

There are security cameras outside the home at each entrance.

No camp fires are allowed on the property or premises.

No Feminine hygiene products can go down the drains/toilet.

This is a very peaceful, quiet neighborhood with access to a gym, pool, exercise classes, hot tub, dog park, golf course, nearby hiking and Kayaking, off roading, and biking (off road) or it's great to just relax on the porch with a golf course view.

There are many more activities (shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, malls [4 miles away], etc.) in this area.
