This is great for a couple's getaway!

This is one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed at. It was updated and the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this 1 bedroom/1 bath for any couple looking for a nice getaway!

This little property is a gem! Recently remodeled and spotless inside with covered parking available and everything we needed to enjoy the beach which was within easy walking distance. Yoga on the beach every day at 9:00, two restaurants we could walk to and several more a quick drive away. Our host was responsive and prompt to answer all questions.

Updated and immaculate!! Absolutely everything you want is included. Location is A Less than 10 min walk to the beach, restaurants and waterfront tiki hut pubs and dining. Great outdoor seating area to enjoy coffee and cocktails. Host is 100% responsive!! Will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Nokomis!

Beach getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great place within walking distance to restaurants and beach. Interior is so new and clean! We also enjoyed sitting outside on couch outside of Unit C. So relaxing! Totally recommend!

Nice stay in Nokomis

Up To date condo, very nice. Only negative is only one bathroom. Other then that, enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Place in a Good Location

Very nice accommodations. Place was clean, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. A short walk or quick drive to Nokomis Beach. The beach at North Jetty Park is also very nice and recommend to see it. Great communications with the host and they are friendly and helpful. It's my second time here and plan to return.

Condo had recently been remodeled and updated. Very clean and location was great--close to beaches, stores, dining options. Was well stocked--even had 2 beach towels and 2 beach chairs. Perfect for 2 people.

Very Clean Property

Overall property was nice and 2 min drive to the beach, Kitchen nice and new / bedroom good and comfortable bed /Livingroom nice with cable TV / bathroom , shower real nice, sink is very small / Overall A- for a couple only

Amazing stay, great walk to the beach look forward to coming back. Only complaint is that the coffee machine didn't work. Thankfully there is a Wawa like a quarter mile away.

Nokomis VRBO Property

Condo was in great shape. Comfortably decorated and stocked with supplies. The owner truly knows the meaning of good customer service. If ever in the Ft. Myers area again, we will definitely check this listing for availability.

Long awaited getaway

This apartment was perfect for us. Had everything we needed. It was clean. We had all the dishes we needed to cook with everything was local. We brought our own bikes and did the legacy trail. A very fun time.

Nice Spot for 2

Pretty much what the other reviewer stated nice place for 2 to be quiet. The beach was farther than I perceived it to be from the listing.

Perfect property

This property was a dream! Close walk to Nokomis beach, close to grocery stores and shopping. The host thought of everything including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. Property is clean with covered parking for your car. Upscale, safe neighborhood! Would absolutely stay here again.
