This is a private resort near the beach. Enjoy a 10 min walk or 5 min bike ride to the beach.
New heated Saltwater pool enclosed for guests.
One acre of fenced compound for privacy.
All new updated cottages.
Beach chairs, gas grill, and umbrellas furnished. Beaches and Shopping are close. You have it all here!!

Highly recommend to others. Well maintained with plenty of space. Hosts communicated and provided a lot of included items for the beach stay. Pool area very nice.

The room was very clean. Had everything we needed. The host was very nice and answered questions very promptly. The pool was wonderful and the ride to the beach right around the corner was less than two minutes it was an absolute beautiful place to go. My husband and I came for two days for my birthday and we ended up staying an extra day because it was so nice. We will be back again. Absolutely loved the dolphin.

I rented this for my husbands 65th birthday! The property was very clean and well maintained. We loved the private screened in porch. It was also pet friendly so that was a bonus for us. The only issue we had was the bed was uncomfortable. We spent most of our time at the beach so we did not get to check out the pool.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Our hostess was so helpful and we truly appreciated everything she did. She allowed us to have extra people in our reservation. We will be back, but just the 2 of us. Great place!

The property was cute. Some sand was on the bedroom floor, other than that it was very clean. It’s very close to the beach. The towels hangers outside need to be replaced since they have a lot of rust on them. We had a maintenance issue and the owner was very responsive and sent out the nicest maintenance man to repair right away. The pool was cold most days. There are many cottages on site, which is nice for large families to stay right near each other.

Great vacation sopt

First time staying on the FL west coast and the Dolphin was the perfect spot and comfortably fit our family of 4 on school vacation week. The cottage had everything that we needed from beach supplies, grill and kitchen items as well as the pool which the kids loved. We'd love to return next year and hopefully rent out an additonal cottage for grandparents so they can join as well. The property is conveniently located within a mile of CVS, Publix and the beach which made it a very easy, home away from home vacation spot. Highly recommend!

Very Nice Property

Loved the landscaping, lights, fountain, and plants (very relaxing!!!!!!) You can tell the owners have put a lot of time in the details of this facility very well ran and organized Very Clean Great Location (We took day trips to many of the surrounding beaches) Just a few blocks from the beach on the bikes They have bikes, and other beach accessories you can use Laundry room was nice all new equipment $2/load Nice pool area, extremely clean and well maintained. Very refreshing in the middle of the day to cool off Kitchen had all the items needed to meals, snacks, and etc Lanai/screened in porch was great! Easy parking lots of space Very quiet and peaceful We definitely would recommend this! This is a hidden gem!!!

Place was clean and cozy. We wanted to grill but there were seeds of some kind that had been brought in by an animal so we just broiled our steaks in the oven…. I would also suggest reversing the refrigerator doors for easier access since they were next to the wall. Were new to VRBO’s, but there was no contact with the owners or managers during our stay - we found that a bit strange. But, overall, we found our little cottage quaint and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pete & Debbie, we're glad you enjoyed your stay! Thanks for letting us know about the grill, our maintenance tech took care of it. The fridge door won't open all the way if we reverse the handle because it's a very tight fit against the wall and the cabinets, that's why the handle is on left side. You didn't see us during your stay because we live in Wisconsin. LOL. We are always available for our guests by phone or email. Thank you, Rich & Marianne

Loved this place! It’s a small village of cottages with beautiful landscaping and plenty of places to walk our dog. Hosts provide access to beach chairs, towels, coolers- they thought of everything. Our cottage was clean. Hosts were quick to respond and very friendly and helpful. It’s a 5 minute drive to Nokomis beach. We would stay here again!

The place was very clean and very welcoming when you walk in the door. Was very pleased with the space the room provided. The bed was a little rough sleeping -- I think it could use a new mattress. It seems to have the old coils in it so that makes me think it's pretty old. The remote didn't work for the bedroom fan or light so that couldn't be adjusted, probably just batteries. There was just a half a roll of paper towels, no extras. The pool was amazing. My dogs were very comfortable. Most of the other guests were very very nice. The TV quit on the morning of our last day and wasn't sure if it was on a timer, not sure of the situation with that. It has incredible location to the beach and to shops and overall was a wonderful vacation.

Nokomis stay

Loved the Villa and would stay again . Marianne was great. Just would be great to service bikes; some are rusty and need a bit of work. Overall wonderful stay

Great great get away

This was perfect, only wish I could have booked it for next year. It was easy to communicate with the owner’s. There was a problem the TV connection so we weren’t able to watch any local and limited news. But the said they were working on it. Hopefully fixed soon.
