Waterfront Newly Finished 3 bedroom/2 1/2 bath House & 50 ft. Long Dock with Power (dock power charge extra). Tesla Solar and Backup Power (Frequently Public Power Outages),Back Porch Overlooking Deep Water Canal with Access to the Ocean. Minutes from Boat Fuel Dock. Short Walk or Golf Cart Ride to One of the Most Beautiful Beaches in the Bahamas. Dock use approval needed with booking. Boats shown in pictures will not be at Dock unless told Otherwise. Ability to Expand Dock Use to 100 ft of Dock. "Yellow House" next door could be rented to allow an expand multifamily experience with 2 house, 5 bedrooms, and 100 ft of dock. Temporary Generator Power Available upon Request, but additional charge.

My family of 4 had the best time at The Big Yellow House. The location was great, dock was perfect for our boat and fishing. The house was very clean, and communication was excellent leading up to and during our stay. If we return to Treasure, I will certainly book this location again!

Great location and home had everything we needed. The dock was incredible, though we did not utilize it, we did enjoy sipping our coffee and watching the turtle eat breakfast.

Everything was great! Julez communicated via text daily and assisted with anything we needed. The house was perfect for our group, and we truly enjoyed our trip.

Big Yellow House 2024

Big Yellow was a lovely and relaxing stay. It had its own dock on a quiet inlet and a short drive to the lovely Treasure Cay beach.

Fantastic service, beautiful and well-equipped home

We needed a last minute place to stay and luckily we came upon big yellow house! Immediate response from owner, excellent location with a large, deep water boat slip, 3 very comfy bedrooms/3 baths, great kitchen with new appliances, and incredible help from Jules! Loved our stay although much too short! A short walk from some of the most beautiful beaches in Treasure Cay.

Randy was a great host and had a care taker next door to help us with any questions. The house is in great shape and had everything we needed. We will be back.

Treasure on Treasure Cay

The house was beauitiful - like new - very roomy! Right on the channel. Everything worked great! We walked to Treasure Cay - the sand was so soft. Sand bars developed during low tide. Two recommendstions: include a coffee pot (there is a Kurig) and it should be recommended to plan to get a golf cart - if they don't have a car.already.

Large dock on deep water channel. Well maintained and decorated house. Everything was perfect and exactly what we needed. My favorite part was sitting in my float at the end of the day while the guys cleaned fish and I fed the many turtles that would pop up. It was amazing. We even watched a stingray swim by. Being at the end of the channel was not bad because you could safely (without a ton of boat traffic) snorkel, swim or just float. The water is still crystal clear at the end of the channel. Julez (property manager) was so nice and very helpful. He was quick to respond and act to any questions or concerns we had. Our experience here and at Treasure Cay was amazingly wonderful and I would definitely stay here again! If you get your boat fuel two channels down (Treasure Cay Fuel Dock) make sure to get a piece of the delicious rum cake there. The girls there are super sweet and helpful as well!
