Welcome to your dream beach retreat at 2810 Mallard Lake Drive on Seabrook Island! This special 4-bedroom rental with unique lake views is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac with minimal traffic and promises a serene escape for your family and friends. With a capacity to sleep 8 guests, this family-friendly haven is perfect for your next getaway in the Charleston islands.
As you step into the home, you'll be greeted by abundance of natural light streaming through the huge windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open living room and formal dining room, which seats eight or more guests, boast panoramic views of the lake and deck, creating an elegant setting for relaxation. The large fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for both entertaining and preparing delicious meals for your loved ones, featuring a butler's pantry with sink and wet bar, an eat-in breakfast table, and tons of cabinet and counter space. Just off the kitchen, there is also a sun-room, which is the perfect spot for taking in the sunshine and having your morning coffee.
Separated by sliding doors for quiet at night, there are three bedrooms on one end of the home and a front room over the garage (a FROG) at the other end. The primary suite (Bedroom #1) features an adjustable Sleep Number king-sized bed, TV and a private bathroom with separate vanity sinks, standing shower, soaking tub and walk-in closet. It also has access to the deck and pool area. The other two bedrooms (Bedroom #2 and #3) on the main level contain a king-sized bed and two full-sized beds, respectively, and share access to the hallway bathroom. The FROG doubles as the 4th bedroom and a sitting room, and it is great for separate TV watching or as a kids room with queen-bed, bath and study nearby.
The wide-open layout extends to an incredible back deck, which runs the length of the house. Take a dip in the private pool and enjoy sweeping views of Mallard Lake, where wild cranes and herons gracefully roam. The back patio deck offers separate eating and kid-friendly pool areas, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax and unwind. The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2025. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2026.
To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.
Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island is requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.
