Beautiful 5/6 bdrm/4 bath, sunroom w/king trundle bed that sleeps 2 add people.
Open floor plan, dining table seats 10. large kitchen island seats 4. add kitchen isl seats 3. Card room seats 4 & living room seats 12.
2 outdoor decks with riverview.
Outdoors: sprawling areas for gathering / playing sports/ 20 ft outdoor area/oyster tables, firepit (wood provided) play areas, gas grill (you fill tank).
Pool *can be heated @ 75.00 a day /lounge chairs/dining tables on pool deck.
Converted 3 car garage to pool house complete with kitchen/bath. Opens to pool area for alfresco dining. ping pong table and other games provided.
Deep water dock w/ covered pavilion. Boats welcomed at no add cost. 3 kayaks avail at no cost, PFD not provided by owner and MUST be purchased and worn by everyone in kayaks as required by DNR. Absolutely no children on dock, pool or kayaks without an adult.
Catch & clean @ sink on dock.
ADT secured, pest control indoor and out provided. Pool serviced weekly. House instructions/staff numbers at front entrance.

We loved our stay here. The home was very clean, the bedrooms well laid out, and the outdoor spaces were AMAZING. We saw dolphins from the dock two days and our nephew caught several crabs in the crab trap provided. We had many ping pong tournaments as well and we enjoyed the pool. Perfect extended family accomodations.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Very clean, comfortable beds, pet friendly and the a/c worked great, it was hot outside. Nice big kitchen/dining area that easily accommodated 9 adults, and my 4 grandsons. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils to choose from. The location was also great, close to the city, and close to the beach. The yard was amazing as well. Plenty of room for the boys to run around, and awesome sunsets! Deedee was a great host. Very helpful, and answered questions in a timely manner, The grandsons didn’t want to leave, because of the pool and the ping pong table! We would definitely stay here again if we return to South Carolina. Thank you for a great family vacation!

The house was clean and plenty of paper towels and toilet paper! Bedding was perfect for our family. I liked that everything was on one level. Outdoor spaces were great and comfortable.

I selected this house for a family vacation with 8 adults and 7 children and all agreed that I made the right choice. The house, pool house, property and amenities made for a very enjoyable stay. The house is conveniently located for visits to downtown Charleston, Folly Beach, and other area sites. Communication with the host was excellent and she checked in with us frequently to ensure all was OK. I highly recommend.

A really beautiful location

Our group had a lovely stay at this property and we had a large gathering for a college reunion. Everything was great and we felt lucky to stay there!

Great stay in a beautiful place

Couldn’t recommend this property enough. We went with a group of friends for a long weekend and the house, property, location were all amazing. Beautiful home with a massive yard and great dock.

Lovely home

The rooms were clean and comfy. Plenty of room for cooking and eating with family. The kids and uncle enjoyed the dock and fishing.

Amazing getaway

The house and property was so beautiful and the perfect getaway for my birthday from the dock and fishing to the round pool We loved the outdoor pool house with a full kitchen and bath We were so blessed to get to stay in such a relaxing environment

Wonderful family vacation!

Lots of space. Great kitchen. Nice decks and river access. Great for large gathering. We had a great time. Great location to beach, downtown Charleston, and sites to see.

Perfect Stayc

We planned a "staycation" for my 50th, our youngest son's 18th birthday and Mother's Day which all fell on the same weekend. Our experience could not have been better! I would definitely recommend...10 out of 10!!!

Beautiful views!

We are a group that needed individual beds for 8 people and this property provided that for us. It's a bit of an older house, but well kept and on a beautiful piece of property. The house was clean and provided us with all we needed. Thank you for the stay!

My sons wedding rehearsal.

We had a great time and everything was set up very nicely. We had 4 couples and a small rehearsal dinner for the wedding. The weather was sort of cooperative. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay and all came away with special memories. We even caught a shark off the dock. Deedee was very responsive to any questions that came up. This was the perfect place for us! Thank you!

The Renee and Grant wedding!!!and great family time

A dream- A nice house with so much space- in doors and out! great bedrooms and full size baths. The yard the dock the scenery and the pool house with the above ground pool recessed in the ground. Excellent!

Wedding bliss and family blessings

Cecil-Buie Gathering

Upon pulling up to the house and seeing the view that we got to look at for the next few days, it was amazing. The sunsets were remarkable. The weather was perfect. The house was fully equipped and everything was clean and accommodating for my whole family. I couldn’t ask for a better place to spend time with our loved ones.

Complete relaxation!

This home is all about location, location, location! So peaceful and the view is spectacular. Right outside your backyard is a pier to the river where we crabbed, fished, and kayaked. We were instantly in vacation mode! There were plenty of bathrooms (4 in the main house) for everyone, plenty of room to spread out, and less than 10 minutes to a beautiful shopping/restaurant area. We will definitely be back!

Bday celebration

Property was great. House was great. Owner responded quickly to any question and was very accommodating.Wi-Fi was intermittent and we had some trouble streaming movies at night.I’d go back any time.
