More or less as pictured however general condition of property tired and in need of serious upgrading. Plumbing, hot water pressure not good at all. No soap for bathrooms as such, no tea-towels and all towels on shelf in one bedroom. None already in bathrooms. Clean and comfortable beds. Tricky upstairs access with multiple heavy bags for our group. Felt it was overpriced given the state of home needing upgrade. Theatre seats uncomfortable and need upgraded. Average. Good location.

The apartment is spacious and clean. Be aware it’s a 3rd floor walk-up and the 4th bedroom is an additional flight up. The beds are very firm, and ample pillows and towels provided. It’s in a great neighborhood and the owner is wonderfully responsive.

Terrible noise, old shower and towels, very comlicated check-in process and most of all the hidden insurance fee which you are unaware of until you receive the booking confirmation. Then you are told you can't cancel the booking. Will not recommend.

Overall the apartment was nice and clean! It could use some updating such as paint and furniture. I wasn’t aware that you have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the apartment. There is parking across the street that you have to pay for daily. The host was responsive when I had a questions.

We enjoyed our stay, a few things overall didn't work quite the way they should but nothing we couldn't work around. Host was responsive while we were there and it is a fantastic location, especially with 3 teens. I would stay there again!

This place was awesome and just as expected! Fun games throughout the house, lots of space, all the beds were new memory foam and uber comfy. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would totally do it again!

One night stay in Philly

Easy check in process, good communication by the host and would stay again. Things could be updated but well worth it for the price, 4 large bedrooms in a loud and busy part of the city center.

Amazing space, great location!

We loved having so much space and two bathrooms. This was the perfect setup for my kids with the movie theater, pool table, air hockey, and arcade games. Easy walk to everything.

So roomy!!

Our host Sasha was wonderful with communication and very timely! Place was super clean, lots of room! And our host was very accommodating with any of my needs! I will most definitely book again and tell family and friends!

This was a great location for walking to many things including the historic district. We were just a few blocks from the Reading Terminal Market and went there every day. There is a parking lot right across the street that was 37/day and that worked out fine. As far as the condition of the apartment, it did look like the pictures. However, it was quite tired and worn out. It is equipped more for a group of young guys who don’t care where they stay than for adults who are on a legitimate vacation. There were 4 of us—2 couples in our 60s. The bedrooms did not have nightstands or lamps or waste baskets. One bedroom, that we did not use, was up an addtional staircase and was very hot. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths, but only one hand towel for the whole place and it was stained with either makeup or blood. There was 1 teaspoon in the kitchen. ( there were several tablespoons). There were no tips on any of the pool cue sticks, so pool was out. There was a tv in every bedroom, but no remote controls. The bathrooms were a mess—one had broken floor tiles that move when you step on them. In general, the whole place needs a good cleaning and some maintenance to earn it a better rating/review. Again, it was a good location and easy to get into. I never communicated with the owner so I can’t speak to responsiveness.
