If you are considering booking please do!!! This place was amazing and the host exceeded all expectations. We enjoyed the water parks and lovely bars there also. My daughter and nephews loved this house

House was beautiful it needs a deep cleaning and maintenance. The kids really enjoyed the pool and waterpark. That was a great amenity to the property. I will stay at this resort again at this resort again just not that House.

We have a larger family (13), and at times it is difficult to find rentals large enough. This house had plenty of room plus some! Everything was very clean when we arrived. The check in was really smooth and quick. The owner and VRBO were super fast to answer questions before, during, and after our stay. Responses took just minutes! This location is perfect if visiting Disney, Universal, Seaworld, etc. The water park at Champion’s Gate (neighborhood the house is located in) is really cool for both kiddos and adults, and the house is pretty close to the waterpark (walking distance).I would definitely stay here again!

Property is in desperate need of a painting and fixing of pool table. Scuffs on walls everywhere, peeling paint, and missing artwork. Communication was great but this property needs some love.

The house was amazing! I had a couple issues with gate security not having names I included but the property manager answered everytime and got everything corrected. They even called me back to make sure I did not have anyother issues.

family friendly home, kids loved the themed rooms. plenty of room to spread out and relax. game room was hit to hangout and play some pool and fooseball while watching the NFL playoffs. 20 min to Seaworld. 10 min to Disney parks

The house was wonderful. We stayed with our family which has a lot of kids and there was plenty of space for both the adults and the kids. The hosts (or property managers) were very communicative and easily accessible for any/all questions throughout our stay. Overall, the house was great. There were a couple of minor details but I made sure to message the hosts when any issues occurred and they said they’d take care of it

It was very easy to get in contact with host. Pool and hot tub was great! Very large house but didn’t have a lot of dishes or towels we were just a small group if the house was full there would have definitely not been enough. The dishwasher didn’t work the greatest and floors were very dirty. We purchased a toaster at Walmart and left at the house. The house needs a few minor repairs. Beds were good! It was a very quiet community with lots of activities.

I have rented many homes in the area, this by far was up there with 2 or 3 of the homes I’ve rented. We had a need for the home, my son made contact and everything was taken care of. I appreciate the quick response and the time frame it took. Thank you for knowing what comfort means!

House fit our needs. Very well equipped. Had a couple of minor issues. Host took care immediately. Loved the oasis club. Would recommend again

The house was in utter disrepair. The pool netting was broken, there was holes in the walls throughout the home, there was mold covering the entire inside of the dishwasher, lights didn’t work, fans didn’t work, the themed rooms were beyond disappointing as nothing was maintained. There was damage everywhere. The upstairs sitting room does not have couches as pictured. They were replaced with theater chairs. The living room has a large stained cloth couch that smells not the leather furniture pictured. There were stains/scuffs/splatters on almost every wall. Broken faucets

The whole purpose of our trip was a mini vacation for the kids .And for me and my brother in law to work .But without internet he had to get a hotel room and i had to go to starbie.Very inconvenient the whole stay.and there was never any mention of a credit .

The house was beautiful and the water park was great we even extended our stay because we enjoyed it at first. The host did send maintenance, and they fixed the faucet, pool gate, and screen. The fridge, however, still wasn’t cooling properly and really needs to be replaced.The bigger issue happened on our last night. Our names disappeared from the security system, our gate passes stopped working, and even the house code wouldn’t let us in. This caused a lot of stress for my family late at night. The host eventually responded, but the whole situation felt confusing and avoidable, and it really ruined the end of our trip.What started nice ended in frustration and disappointment.

Nice Home Need a lot of TLC

-Once arrived names weren’t listed as requested days before to make sure check was smooth after long drive had to call get out of line names added checked in . -Door code assigned didn’t work has to call instantly gave new door code -House pictured as stated very nice home -Internet didn’t work the entire stay couldn’t watch Tv (sent electrician out the evening before we checked out ,he couldn’t get the internet to work) - Tv downstairs near the entrance broken (Electrician informed me after I reported lambs plugs wasn’t working ) - Top screen for pool enclosure 3 broken dangling from the structure -pool lights weren’t working ,couldn’t swim at night-pool wasn’t clean until night before check out -hot tub feature that we paid for was broken , never rcvd a refund -stove top for cooking was cracked badly only could use 3 small stove eyes to cook (was told it’s ok to use but the plexi glass for the stove top was cracked badly that if you wiped the plexiglass was get into the sponge ) —roach infested home the kitchen , bedrooms ,bathrooms (Was told to buy roach spray ) Only thing I received was 30% of accommodation fee and never received my refund for the jacuzzi I’m still fighting to get my refund for the entire stay only thing I got was apologies and 30% of accommodation feee not even my entire booking . I’m sure they may delet or not post this but please be aware of this home I’m very disappointed at how VRBO handle it to allow an owner to rent a propery
