Enjoy this newly renovated farmhouse, located just outside of the quaint town of Bellville, only 5 miles from I-71. This 4BR, 2 bath home, set on a beautiful farm-with-a-view, is perfect for your next getaway. Enjoy the evening under the stars and connect with nature by enjoying the views of the red barns and pond. You can also head out to the many nearby attractions including Snow Trails, Mohican State Park, Mid-Ohio, Amish Country, Malabar Farm, and Mansfield Reformatory, etc.
The Space:
*Fully renovated - 2500 sq ft!
*Smart TV in living room, master bedroom, and in bedroom 2.
*65” TV in living room
*1 King, 2 queen, 2 twin beds-all bedrooms have doors that lock for privacy
*All beds and pillows have zippered protective coverings
*Master bedroom has a new private attached bathroom with shower.
*Bathroom 2 is beautiful with a tiled and glass shower and a double vanity/sink
*Washer/dryer, ironing board/iron available
*Private covered outdoor patio/breezeway with nice patio furniture, helps extend the living space
*Guests are renting the main floor only. Basement is not accessible to guests.
*Brand new, fully stocked kitchen with island, dining room table, and bar seating.
*The home shares a paved driveway but remains very private.
*Large picture window to enjoy the views from inside the home
*Charging port centrally located, allows up to 6 phones and a laptop (usb-c) to be charged at once
*Lovely coffee bar stocked with coffee, creamer, sugar, hot chocolate, Kerrigan, etc. Help yourself!
* Plenty of extra blankets and pillows and a child’s Pack N Play is provided.
*Gas fireplace in the living room for extra warmth in the winter months.
Other things to note:
*All entrances have a 2-3 steps to get to the door
*This home offers delicious well water, but if you don’t like well water, please feel free to bring your own.
-This home is the 2nd house in the paved driveway. Please drive slowly past our neighbor's home and proceed around the corner and up the hill.
-Guests will enter via a keyless smart lock on the breezeway in the rear of the house
-Guests will be able to fish at the pond, but no swimming. Please bring your own fishing supplies for catch & release fishing.
-Feel free to walk the property, but do not enter the buildings/barns for your safety
-There is plenty of room to leave skis and equipment on the covered breezeway if needed.

Growing up, this farm is where our grandparents lived...right down the hill from our childhood home. This farm is a piece of home to us and it became a labor of love when we started renovations. This home is so very special to us. We hope our guests are able to enjoy this property and space as much as we do!
