Gentle summer breezes, the smell of salt air, sand between your toes, the dream of vacationing on Cape Cod can become a reality with this meticulously maintained property. Located down a quiet shady road close to Coast Guard Beach, this comfortable year round home features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fireplaced living room, outdoor shower, and a lovely, shady back deck. The bike trail is less than a mile away. Window air conditioning. Nothing to do except bring your bathing suit and beach towel for a relaxing Cape Holiday.

Rented by the full week starting on Saturday only in the summer.

Nice house in a great location some maintenance required

It was nice we enjoyed our stay. It was well stocked with a nice deck. Lots of parking. The outdoor shower was nice. Lots of beach stuff available to use. Kids enjoyed the bunk bed room. Some items seem to not be in great condition like chairs on deck were falling apart. We did see some large black ants crawling in the cabinets and walls which was a turn off and lots of spiders. Some additional attention to insect control would be good. Overall cute cape house and you will enjoy the quiet neighborhood and birds in the area.

Enjoyable stay with a quiet, peaceful backyard. House nicely accommodating with two bathrooms and the lower level play room! Kitchen has proper utensils for successful eating/cooking. Nice stay!

Great property centrally located.

A great property making you feel at home and welcomed. Hassle free reservation, access and departure process. Property was equipped for our needs with some extras. A place we would certainly stay again. Next time would like to being our bicycles so we can enjoy the bike paths nearby. Property was clean and comfortable. Setting is away from the main road therefore nice and quiet. It’s nestled on a wooded lot surrounded by nature .

Comfortable house near the National Seashore

We enjoyed our stay in this well equipped beach house. The kitchen had everything you need including two coffee pots ( one brew style And one Keurig ). Plenty of beach chairs all in working order. The deck was so nice for morning coffee and bird watching. The outdoor shower was wonderful after a long day at the beach. Games and videos/dvd for all ages. The location was perfect. Close enough to route 6 but still far enough away from all the traffic. We would definitely stay here again the next time we vacation at the Cape.

Comfortable and quiet house on a wooded lot

We had plenty of space for 4 adults. The kitchen had everything we needed. Back deck, grill and outdoor shower were nice features. Great location to local beaches. We brought our own bikes and it was easy to get around from the house.

Little cottage with lots of options

This house was perfect for our group- a couple with two kids (toddler and baby) and two friends. The upstairs bedrooms were spacious and great for kids with a built in chalkboard, books, etc. The downstairs bedroom was a great size and allowed for some privacy For our friends without kids. We made much use of the deck which has a large teak table, as well as the basement which offers a great place for kids to hang out or to have a little time to yourself if needed. Fully equipped w/ TV, and games. House has key vacation amenities like washer/dryer and AC, as well as well stocked kitchen and beach accessories if you need them. Not a super fancy home but a great cottage in an awesome location with easy access to Eastham’s bay and ocean beaches as well as other outer cape towns. Easy to hear people all over the house so bring a fan or noise machine if you need to get kids to bed or go to sleep early. Finally, Margaret was so easy to contact and work with- she helped us a few times, including going above and beyond to get my laptop back to me when I forgot it after checkout. Will be back again!

Comfortable, immaculate charmer.

First time renting this property. Very clean, charming, well maintained home. The pictures do not do it justice. The owners obviously show great pride in this lovely home.

Beautiful location.

The house was lovely overall and very clean. However the outdoor table was quite old and the basement could benefit from another dehumidifier.

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful time at East Haven. The location was great. It was a very private residential area, so really nice and quiet. Everything you want is within a quick drive: beaches, shops, restaurants. The house itself is adorable. Good sized kitchen, really comfortable TV area. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having two full baths. The extra space in the basement was key, and so comfortable! We had a great stay and highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay. House is in a great location to national sea shores and bike trails. Quiet neighborhood. House is very well equipped; especially the kitchen (only thing we couldn't find was a blender!) We had to do some initial sweeping and cleaning because it seemed that we were the first guests of the season. Shrubs are taking over the front stairs. Still a very nice place. I would definitely go back..

Quaint home with beach charm. Enjoyed the accommodations. Clean and neat. Good location. Not much of a yard, but enjoyed the privacy of the deck. Will return!

Fantastic Outer Cape getaway!

The property is centrally located to both the bay side and ocean side of the outer cape with great access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is clean and well maintained with everything you could need in the kitchen to cook for your family. The outdoor deck has great space with a table for seating of eight adults comfortably. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the deck and watching the birds feed at the feeders. Great location in a well maintained home!

Perfect Vacation Getaway

Thank you for renting us your beautiful home in Eastham, MA. Your home is absolutely charming and very comfortable for my family of five and a toddler. The bedrooms were roomy and the air-conditioning was a plus because we had some really steamy days and nights. We spent lots of time on the big back deck relaxing and cooking on the grill. It was a perfect place to come "home" to after playing out all day. Especially loved the convenience of the outdoor shower!!! The location was convenient to beaches, shopping, and restaurants (loved Arnold's), and is on a very quiet and peaceful street perfect for our morning and evening walks. The lower-level living area was a terrific getaway for my 12 year old grandson and his Playstation. We can't say enough about our stay at your home... thank you! Elia and David Marcus Rochester, NY

Nice little home

My wife and I rented for ourselves and daughter, husband her two kids. It was wonderful to have the finished basement (they had a free-standing air conditioner on the fritz down there) for the kids to watch their movies. The living area was tight, but comfortable as were the three bedrooms. All the furnishings were very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was perfect for us and so convenient to the supermarket in Orleans. Great stay and the Realtor was FABULOUS in assiting us a couple of times and coming out one day to replace a screen in the slider and repair another door. Excellent service!

Wonderful!
