Trip to my happy place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is always great to stay here. The furniture in the living area really needs to be replaced and the kitchen sure could use some new cooking skillets and pots and pans. Kitchen is not very well supplied as some of the other ones we have stayed in.

On the beach with 2 large pools, all digital process and no need for keys or wristbands. Clean condo with 3 beds and 3 baths was perfect for my family.

The beds were so comfortable we had a hard time getting up to enjoy the beach because we were so relaxed! We really loved being on the top floor. We will definitely book this unit again!

Easy Summer Vacation

Easy walk to beach or food. The only problem we had the whole time was the last day. We prefer to see the water if we pay for chairs. The last day we had people get in front of us with a big tent. So, I would advise you to take some beach chairs and put them out in front of your rental chairs early to secure your view!! Other than that, great place to stay.

Summer Place stay

The property was clean and had beautiful views. It was close to everything and we enjoyed the pools and hot tub. But we had issues with the water which would come and go. Every time we called, with the exception of the first time, they came to the condo to “fix”. But when we would go to use the water it would be out or barely have any pressure. After the 4th time we just dealt with it. Also no extra blankets so no one could sleep on the pull out couch. Otherwise we had a enjoyable time and can’t wait to come back next year!

The only issue we had during our visit was the plumbing issues. The issue was the pump for the building. So we can not fault the host. Things happen!

Our stay was great! We had three adults and two kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. We especially appreciated having each bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The condo was well stocked and we really appreciated the closet with the beach and pool toys which is always wonderful to have access to when we fly in and don't have room to pack those types of things. We had one small maintenance issue which was resolved immediatly and the communication was fantastic from check in to check out. We loved the view and wouldn't hesitate to book again if we were back in the area!

Reviewer Comments: Great condo, we have stayed at Summer Place for 12 years for our sisters was clean and the beds were very comfortable, it is in a great location with beautiful views. Kitchen is well stocked but we didn’t do much cooking. The only complaint I had is the couch really stunk like bad body odor. I would suggest having it cleaned along with the living room chair. We had a wonderful time.
