The condo was clean, decorated nicely, and very well stocked with everything we needed. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our group.

Many Blessings to enjoy!

This was a wonderful oasis to relax in after working and also to enjoy walking on the beach in the evenings. Everything was spotless and we enjoyed the spectacular view!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to eat in and relax! The decor is well done and the rooms are very spacious. Our hiccup with the WIFI was quickly resolved and the owners were great to respond to any of our questions or concerns. WE will definitely put this on the top of our list next time we are in the area! THANK YOU!

Family Spring Break

The condo was exactly as pictured. Nicely updated. View was gorgeous! Pool area was nice but heated pool was not very warm at all. Due to being there during spring break the pool area got pretty busy especially since there was a large group that was there together but we always had chairs. Loved the included beach service.

Good trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just recently stayed a week in this condo and had a great family vacation. The condo itself could definitely use some work. It is outdated. The tile floor needs to be replaced it is cracked and shifting in several places, all of the beds need new mattresses. The condo building itself and pool area is very nice and the beach service was great. We did have all of the utensils and kitchen appliances we needed to cook and everything did work. Overall everything went great just needs to be updated. Maybe some new ceiling fans, new flooring and definitely new mattresses.

It was disappointing the pool was not heated. Someone working there said the heater is broken and with it being expensive and close to summer he didn’t know when it would be fixed. The only bad thing was someone staying close by was smoking and the smell carried. Would definitely stay again if the pool is heated.

My favorite place to stay!

Our New Favorite Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was exactly as described and we found it to be very clean. The ice maker in the fridge didn’t work so we ended up having to buy around 6 bags of ice for our stay. I didn’t reach out about this after reading reviews that mentioned this previously. Additionally, the elevator buttons on this floor went out during the later part of our stay. This did become very inconvenient especially during the checkout process. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a great location close to so many things.

The walk to the beach is short and easy and the umbrella & chair service is a bonus. Great restaurants are close by but we didn't notice a lot of road or bar noise inside the unit. I would definitely stay here again.

The coffee maker did not work and we got a brand new one the next morning. The tv went to a black screen and staff member came up and troubleshooted and could not get it to work. We had a new tv within 3 hours. We couldn’t ask for better service!!!

Great with a few annoyances

Our ice machine was broken, which we were not told prior to arrival. It was a known issue and we were told it wouldn't be repaired until after our stay. They provided one bag of ice. When I asked for more later in the week, they acted like it was an inconvenience. Also, the thermostat had a lock on it, so we couldn't set it to a comfortable temperature. Prepare to bring everything you need as there are no extra trash bags, laundry tabs, or dish soap. On the plus side, the beach staff were very helpful, and the location was ideal for our needs. We would stay again.
