We loved this place. We had plenty of room for the six of us. Everything we needed was provided and it was so convenient to the beach and food.

This Condo has everything you need. Very clean and beds are comfortable. Easy check in. Pool was heated and wonderful for cooler weather. Our 2nd time to stay here.

Very clean and comfortable, plenty of room. Beautiful view of the beach and close to dining and shopping. I like that there is usually someone at the front desk and they are always friendly and helpful. We will be back soon!

Perfect

The condo was clean, decorated nicely, and very well stocked with everything we needed. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our group.

Fantastic and relaxing week

The condo was clean and exactly as described and pictured. It was perfect for our family and an extra friend. Communication was excellent. Pool area was clean. Beach area was great and the beach service (umbrella and 2 chairs) was easy and perfect. Would 100% stay here again.

Family Spring Break

The condo was exactly as pictured. Nicely updated. View was gorgeous! Pool area was nice but heated pool was not very warm at all. Due to being there during spring break the pool area got pretty busy especially since there was a large group that was there together but we always had chairs. Loved the included beach service.

Many Blessings to enjoy!

This was a wonderful oasis to relax in after working and also to enjoy walking on the beach in the evenings. Everything was spotless and we enjoyed the spectacular view!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to eat in and relax! The decor is well done and the rooms are very spacious. Our hiccup with the WIFI was quickly resolved and the owners were great to respond to any of our questions or concerns. WE will definitely put this on the top of our list next time we are in the area! THANK YOU!

Dance trip

Reviewer Comments: This was our second summer to make the trip to this condo, we love how close it is to the convention center, our granddaughters both dance at the nationals there. The size was perfect for 10 people. It was stocked like no other condo we’ve ever been to which is great. It was clean and remodeled from the last time we were there and we loved everything!!Tje beach is just a few steps from condo and the two pools were never crowded. The size of complex was perfect also. Just wish there were more carts to take stuff up to condo. Management is great with communication to. We will be back .

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just recently stayed a week in this condo and had a great family vacation. The condo itself could definitely use some work. It is outdated. The tile floor needs to be replaced it is cracked and shifting in several places, all of the beds need new mattresses. The condo building itself and pool area is very nice and the beach service was great. We did have all of the utensils and kitchen appliances we needed to cook and everything did work. Overall everything went great just needs to be updated. Maybe some new ceiling fans, new flooring and definitely new mattresses.

Thanks for the feedback, Alex! Glad you liked the location. Unit 503 is actually slated to undergo renovations starting next week. We will be replacing all flooring, countertops, fresh paint, new furnishings, etc. It will be like a new unit in a few short weeks. We'd love to have you back next year to check out the new and improved unit.

Dance nationals

Reviewer Comments: We had amazing time 3RD year in a row in the same condo, my granddaughters dance and its 3 mins from convention center, the beach access is great and being smaller complex its so much easier to get around. The condo is great, beds comfortable, clean and washer & dryer comes in handy. The pools are big and water isn't freezing so baby can get in. Watch the fireworks from balcony is a plus, they do them on the pier close by every Wednesday. Close to Destin for dinner & shopping. Hopefully we will be back next year.
