Stay at Fountain View II and step back in time while visiting historical downtown Wellsboro PA. Located right in town and within walking distance to the local artisan shops and restaurants. Look out the windows or to view the Wynken, Blynken, and Nod fountain on the relaxing and peaceful Wellsboro green.

Wellsboro is home to the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania, visit Leonard Harrison State Park or Colton Point State Park for the breathtaking overlooks and hundreds of miles of hiking trails. Enjoy 87 miles of fishing or kayaking on Pine Creek. The historic Pine Creek Rail Trail that was once a railroad bed offers 62 miles perfect for bike riding, walking, cross country skiing, or horseback riding. Cherry Springs State Park offers stargazing at its finest, stare up at the truly dark sky and see thousands of stars, constellations, or the Milky Way. Whether you visit Wellsboro for the endless outdoor adventures like hunting, fishing, skiing, or the small hometown feel of our beautiful Main Street absolutely full of local artisan shops, restaurant's, wine tasting, and unique shopping opportunities, there is something here for everyone to enjoy.

Fountain View II sleeps 2 guests comfortably with 1 bedrooms. Offering a queen size bed. Also a cozy office space. There is 1 bathroom with a shower, washer/dryer, ironing board & iron. The kitchen offers a stove, microwave refrigerator, Keurig, dishes, cookware, and cutlery. A comfortable living room with TV/cable and a dining table.

1 designated on site parking space available for 1 vehicle located into the driveway and on the right. Number "2" parking space. All other parking spaces on the property are reserved.

Free on street parking located within one block of rental for any additional vehicles

This accommodation had everything we needed for long weekend getaway. The kitchen and living room helped us keep up with our morning and nightime routines, and the shops and restaurants were all within walking distance. Just a short drive to the Pine Creek Trail and scenic overlooks. It was also nice to have a view of the town Green and fountain. Great stay.

Fountain View II was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay during our short trip to Wellsboro. We enjoyed hiking during the day and had a lovely home to come back to for relaxing in the evening. Being so close to downtown Wellsboro made its location perfect.

Great experience! Location was perfect and close to everything we needed. Rental was super clean and all our needs were met. Would definitely use again when returning to the area.

Clean property and nice towels and bed. AC was cold during a very warm summer week. This place is located in the heart of Wellsboro right across the square and all the restaurants. Great place to stay in Wellsboro!

Delightful location for small town scenic and historic walks, and, of course, food. Convenience to Pine Creek Gorge and other rural scenery was excellent. Accommodations were comfortable, clean and convenient. Would not necessarily recommend Fountain View II if someone has any mobility issues with stairs, especially seniors. Host is very responsive and pleasant to work with. Great stay.

Thank you! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. While Fountain II is an upstairs apartment, anyone that has difficulty with stairs should check out Fountain III- first floor with a ramp into the apartment. All three Fountain Views have their own unique layouts and personality.

We were able to walk everywhere in Wellsboro from the Fountain ViewII. There is an EV station very close by, too! We had a wonderful visit!! Lovely town, lovely people!

Host was very welcoming. The place was clean and quiet. We enjoyed a relaxing weekend and saw the sights of Wellsboro.

This place is amazing! Perfect location, wonderful set-up, and everything you need! The host even had a cute Christmas tree there, all decorated!

The property is in a great location to walk around Wellsboro. The host left very clear instructions on how to check in. The property was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Kristen was great to work with. The apartment was very well stocked and comfortable. It was an easy walk into town for restaurants. We would stay again if visiting the area.

Great location in a charming town. Easily walkable to restaurants and shops. Great location for a visit to Pine Creek Gorge, which was beautiful. Also, easy drive to Cherry Spring State Park for spectacular stargazing. The apartment was super cute, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our weekend stay.

Location location location

Right by the park, so easy to walk into downtown Wellsboro for some shopping, a quick drink, or bite to eat. Clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

The property is centrally located in Wellsboro. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Our rental was on the second floor and was quite nice and very comfortable.

Perfect location to test drive Wellsboro for retirement! Fountain View II is located steps away from downtown and has a wonderful view of the town green. Very spacious for two people and has the basics for a very comfortable stay. Location is convenient for day trips to Corning, Galeton, and Cherry Springs State Park. Book during no moon for views of the Milky Way at Cherry Springs!

This was a cute historic building that is very well cared for. It is clean and spacious. It would be a nice place for a long term stay- especially considering how close it is to everything. There were so many well thought out details like tourist information, puzzles, and throw blankets. I would absolutely stay there again if it’s available when I come back!

1st Weekend in May in Wellsboro

Wonderful relaxing stay at this spacious, well-equipped apartment. The location is great. If it hadn’t been raining we would have walked to most of the shops and restaurants in town. We look forward to staying there the next time we visit Wellsboro.

My husband and I just returned from our trip in Wellsboro at the Fountain View II property. The place was extremely clean and homey, the bed was comfortable, and all of our needs were met. The kitchen was well stocked although we ate out most of the time. The host had excellent communication with us at all times. At one point it got very chilly during our stay (for the month of May) and Kristen responded immediately on how to adjust the temperature. We explored the beautiful area’s state parks (Leonard Harrison & Colton Point), museums (the Lumber Museum) and history of Wellsboro, as well as the shops and restaurants in the town.We loved being able to walk through town and get dessert every night! Everyone we met throughout our stay was friendly. We would love to go back!
