Within walking distance to the University of Cincinnati, there is always something going on in the area. Restaurants, stores, bars & parks are within blocks. A beautiful city park is at the end of the street. Quick Uber to downtown. This is a diverse area. College students live in the area as well as many others! This is generally a quiet home. No parties allowed on property. No exercise equipment allowed on this floor due to hand painted ceilings below. One bedroom is a walkthrough bedroom. Fine for short term. For long term, it will need to rented as a 2 bedroom.
