Contemporary Ocean View Suite - In the Heart of Waikiki
Thoughtfully appointed studio with contemporary decor. Fully renovated in January 2024! Includes FREE high speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, and various TV apps for streaming services.
Check in and out at your convenience with a lock box. Check in after 3pm and check out before 11am. Just a key fob to access the elevator and use a unique code to access the unit from the smart lock.
Private lanai facing the Pacific Ocean with bar height seating for your enjoyment. Complimentary essential starter items available for you to use include coffee, tea, cream, sugar, body wash, bar soap, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, hand soap, dish soap, dish sponge, paper towels, and toilet paper. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guests to provide. Beach and sand towels are available for your convenience.
Although my place is capable of sleeping 4 people, it is a small studio and is very tight with the sleeper couch converted as a bed. I recommend no more than 3 people, but 4 is possible if you don't mind tight quarters.
Registration of guests are required for the property. Preregistration information required will be full names of each guest staying at the property, home address, contact phone number, email address, and emergency contact name and phone number. Preregistration information must be submitted to me no later than 14 days prior to arrival. You will receive a preregistration email approximately 7 days prior to your arrival confirming you have been registered as guests for the property.
***Please note that any reservations for January 1, 2026 forward will have additional Hawaii State Transient Accommodation Tax collected separately. The increase will be 0.75% of your total reservation price before taxes. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience.***

Studio unit within a small 12 story condominium with an ocean view located just two short blocks away from the world famous beaches. The unit faces the ocean side, away from the busy main Kuhio Avenue. Wake up to the views of the beautiful Pacific Ocean!

Centrally located to all the great restaurants and shopping all around, which are all walking distance. You really do not need a car if you plan to stay locally in Waikiki. Plenty of shuttles, tour buses, and ride share to get you around. However, if you plan to drive your own vehicle, such as a rental, there is very limited parking in the parking garage beneath the building and surrounding neighborhood. Street parking is both metered and un-metered. There is a large parking garage two blocks away at the Waikiki Banyan Condo which is open to the public.
