I wanted to LOVE this place because the host, Tony was so great. He communicated well and even let me check in a little early. The thing is that the place itself could use some TLC. There is just too much decor everywhere. Fake flowers everywhere you turn collecting dust. Big clunky decor items on bathroom counters where one would like to put their toiletries and where you'd sit and eat. All that stuff makes the place feel smaller than it is. We also had some issues with the keypad and I saw someone else refer to that. I would take at least two tries to get into the room. But all in all, it was a good stay.

Come twice a year to St regis, love it. However, the room we just stayed in, i think the door number lock to get in might need batteries, it was a struggle to get in the two days we were there when we would punch the code in. Other then that every thing was great like always.

Nice little condo, situated right at the beach as described. Pots and pans need updated.Overall very nice small space.TV was good air worked good , was able to keep on 72 most of the time. We like a some air movement though and purchased a little fan just for a better flow.We were late arriving in a rain storm! Our bad! We were disoriented and unfamiliar with the place and Tony come right away and helped us get in. Thank You!

This was a very inviting and cozy condo in an extremely well cared for complex. I have stayed in many vacation condo rentals on the Island and this is definitely one of the best.

We loved North Topsail Beach and St. Regis condominiums, but not this specific condo.The condo was a tight fit for a family of four and only had the couch as comfortable seating. The balcony barely had enough room for two people. It was somewhat clean, but needs more attention to details. There were crumbs and dirt in the hide-a-bed, under beds, in kitchen cabinets and in laundry closet. We appreciate having clean sheets and towels, but did not expect to have to make our own beds. The blankets in the closet and the rugs need to be washed. Also, there were numerous light bulbs out. We did have to buy spray for ants as there was a line coming in through the window.

We had a lovely time in this condo. The owner was very responsive to us before we arrived with questions we had. The condo was nicely decorated, tidy, and had all we needed for our stay. The building amenities include new charging spots for cars that we used and the pool and short walk to the beach were just great. We had a wonderful time!

We had an amazing time here. It was our first time to topsail. The host was very easy to talk to and he helped with everything we asked. The place was very nice and cozy. I loved that even though it wasnt oceanfront but it still had a beautiful view on the balcony of the ocean. Enjoyed having coffee and watching the sunset. Had everything you need for vacation. The property was also wonderful. The pools were great and great access to beach. Would love to stay again.

Small but comfy

We had a great week. The condo is very small with only a couch to sit on besides the dining chairs. But it was okay as we spent most of our time on the beach.

The beach and pool were lovely. The condo was clean. We had some trouble with check in because we were emailed the wrong house number but the manager responded to our call quickly and we were able to settle in. The home is over decorated to the point that there's not much room for guests. We embed up

Memorial Day weekend

I planned a senior trip with my daughter for the holiday weekend. Decided to see if we could add an extra day, and the owner helped us do so. He was very easy to communicate with, the unit looked just as pictured, was very clean, and even had some beverages in the fridge for us once we got there! The condo was a perfect location with everything we needed right there for us. Would definitely recommend!

Clean but dated property in need of a good scrub of the decorations. Small space would benefit from less going on. Linen delivery was adequate, towels were old and not fresh. Note there is zero cabinet space if you bring in groceries. With all that said, we loved St Regis- the restaurants, pool, gym were all good.

The condo is right on the beach. The pool area was a decent size. The bedroom didn't have any air conditioning so had to use a small fan we found under the sink to circulation air from the living room. The screen door was extremely dirty. The place over all was cute and accommodating for our stay. Had a few mishaps with getting the information to check-in but was able to reach the host immediately.

I hate to give a bad review, but I feel a bit misled by all the excellent reviews. To be fair, the pictures of the condo are accurate. It's a a dated condo with a lot of stuff. That I thought would be fine, but what the pictures don't show is just how dirty and dingy things actually are. The bathroom rugs were gross. They were old, dirty and stained. I wish I could attach pictures. There was no hand soap in one bathroom and what amenities were provided looked to be half used left overs from previous guests. The throw pillows, which are on every bed, bench, and couch were not clean. I felt like I needed to wash my hands each time I moved them. The kitchen cabinets are stuffed with old random storage containers and left behind supplies. The laundry is delivered in a bag so that you have to make up the beds yourself - unusual, but at least you know it's clean. What's not cleaned are the quilts on each of the beds. Who knows how many guests have reused those. The final straw for us was the beach. The listing shows a picture of a beautiful beach, but that wasn't the case. The area near the complex is badly eroded with nowhere to set up chairs or throw a football, etc. People were crowed in the little sand space available up near the giant sandbags that maintained the coastal edge. We check out early and found a much cleaner condo in Surf City, where the beaches are much nicer, to spend the remainder of our trip (at a lower nightly rate).

The condo itself was nice. The gardens, walk areas, outside of pool area were terrible with trash, fencing and mounds of mulch to be spread. The workers replaced grills but left the old grills laying around. Plants ready to be planted but died because no one watered. Lastly, the pier was newly built but was poor in quality. I can’t believe an inspector would ok that shabby construction.
