Topsail Dunes Beach Condo - Oceanfront! First Floor! Ramp Access!

You are only steps to the beach in our first floor ocean front condo with stunning views of the Atlantic. Walk the beach collecting shells or hunt for crabs at night at North Topsail Beach with its laid back family environment. Enjoy the ocean air on a quiet walk at sunrise or spot the occasional pod of dolphins passing by. There is plenty to do with an onsite community pool and pavilion area including pirate ship playground, basketball court, bocce ball, corn hole and grilling area.

Comfortable condo with two bedrooms and everything you'll need to enjoy a beach vacation! Covered deck area provides views of the ocean. Ramps provide convenient access to and from the parking lot. Linens are included. Beach equipment is provided, including 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas and a variety of sand toys for the kids.

Topsail Dunes is a family friendly condominium community. Stay and enjoy the pool and other amenities or take a short 5 minute walk down the beach to a nearby ice cream shop! A convenience store and Tiki Bar are a 15 minute walk or quick 1 minute car ride. Across four generations and 35 years, our family has created so many wonderful memories while staying at Topsail Dunes. Come visit North Topsail Beach and make some memories of your own!

Ocean City Jazz Festival

My family spent our 8-day vacation at the condo and loved the accommodations. Our beach view and amenities were the best! The condo location was minutes away from the Ocean City Jazz Festival which was our main reason for the trip.

Great condo, chill location

Ben's condo is lovely. Clean with everything we needed. Even beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels! Very easy beach access. We loved it!

Great family getaway

Ben was an awesome host. We enjoyed our stay so very much! Everything was clean, in order and ready for us to arrive. We were centrally located within walking distance from the pool and steps away from the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

Topsail Dunes

We thorougly enjoyed our stay. The location was great being secluded gor the beach and pool side of things butcstill a short drive to plenty of shopping and restaurants. And with my husband being disabled the ramps and rlevator were a definite plus. Would highly recommend it for anyone who wants a relaxing getaway. Hope to go back again in the spring.

This was the perfect place for our stay. Had plenty of chairs for the beach, beautiful view, and cozy. Easy communication with Ben. Couldn't have asked for better!

Great Condo!

This condo was clean, provided easy access to both the parking lot and the beach, and had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The property owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would love to return this unit.

Very nice and clean

The unit was very clean and nice. The location was convenient to the beach. Easy check in and out. Good communication with the host. The unit was stocked with all necessities. Good experience. Would recommend this condo.

Piece of Heaven

The property was in a great location and very clean. Only recommendation is for Ben to invest in a Shibumi for the guests. Carrying the umbrellas was a chore and keeping them upright in the wind was a challenge. Otherwise everything was superb and as expected and advertised.

Very clean and peaceful

The condo was updated and clean! We have been to many beach condos and they just aren’t clean! This condo was above and beyond! They also had everything we could need from beach towels and toys to laundry detergent and even some basic spices! The area itself was peaceful and not super commercialized! I would stay here again if we ever head back to North Carolina!!!

Wonderful Memorial Day Vaca!

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The unit is spotless which is great with little ones on the floor. Set up is perfect for our needs of 3 adults and 2 young ones. Balcony view is unobstructed and beautiful! Easy same level access to the beach and pool ramp was ideal and easy! Beach is beautiful. Pool was refreshing! We'll definitely stay again. Ben was great from booking till check-out! Unit is stocked with most items you need ! Thanks again!

Would definitely go back

The cleanliness was impeccable. If you pay attention to details, you will not get disappointed with this property. Everything was immaculate. The Big size TV with cable and many games helped during cold days. The ocean view from the balcony is just therapeutic. Pool and beach steps away. Wheelchair assessable was a bless; the entire family had so much fun. Thank you Ben for the easy and smooth check in/ check out process. We loved your communication skills.

More than 5 stars needed

His pictures do not do just to this amazing condo. I was perfect from top to bottom. Cleanliness was amazing and every detail perfect. Everything you needed there. Don’t worry about packing anything but clothes and not a lot. The washer and dryer are amazing. Basic food items. That’s apple you need. It’s a wonderful location and the views are great. Sat on the balcony every night and listed to the ocean before bed. Not to mention we had a great family game night. If you want to watch television everything is offered. I just can’t say enough. I will be back!! P.S. please read his condo binder while there. He is funny with some things. You can tell he’s a Dad. Well I hope he is or his dad jokes are perfect.

Time well spent!

Everything about the stay way relaxing and pleasant.The wi-fi is very weak but that proved to be more a blessing than a problem. Lots of games and family time! Definitely recommend!!!
