This beach house was everything we wanted for our beach trip; clean, comfortable, plenty of room, perfect location right on the beach, amazing views of the beach and ocean! Host gave detailed instructions. We definitely plan to stay here again!

The location and property were perfect! The only complaint was that the water smelled like rotten eggs and the whole house stunk after anyone took a shower.

sorry about the water. Surfside use well water, we have outdoor water filter to fill water for entire house and the filter will be replaced quarterly, we will replace water more frequently upon guest request if water have noticed smell showing.

Great property. You can’t get closer to the beach than this. We rent this with all the kids and grandkids, a total of 18 of us. There’s plenty of room for everyone and the outdoor shower is great for cleaning the grandkids after a day on the beach. The owner is always quick to respond and extremely helpful.

There were 7 of us, so we had plenty of room. This property looks like it was designed for large groups or a party house. The location was awesome. It was right on the beach. I would highly recommend it. There were a few things we didn’t like, but they were small ( no potato peeler, no shampoo or soap & no salt). I would go back again.

We have stayed here 2 years in a row. We absolutely love it. The convenience of being right on the beach is perfect. Could use some new furniture in the family room but it’s hard to keep things in a rental. We will definitely stay again if we are able to.

Thanks for sharing your staying experience. Yes furnitures worn out quickly for rental properties. Living room sofa will be replaced each year after summer rental. New recline sofa chairs has been ordered for living room.

Upon check in there were a few repairs and cleaning issues. They were taken care of immediately. The maintenance staff was friendly, professional and efficient. They were in and out, leaving us to enjoy the rest of our vacation. The house was right on the water, any closer and we would have been in the ocean. Porch sitting was our favorite pastime. The pool table also made for hours of fun. The host was easy to communicate with and the week was amazing! Thank you!

The beach is right there. High tide has waves splashing just under the deck. It’s very nice. The house was comfortable for our large family group. We enjoyed the house very much

The best thing about this property was its location right on the water. It was also easy to get to a convenience store and the jetty. Sunrises were lovely and the constant wind on the porch kept us cool and comfy.

Positives: We had a wonderful trip! The interior needs a little TLC, but how can you complain when you’ve got the beach right in your back yard! The upper and lower deck and two fridges were real perks. And you’re so close to the water, a beach bag isn’t even a necessity. We had an issue with the dryer, but they quickly got it repaired. Negatives: The living room furniture is pretty worn, it needs a few more kitchen utensils, it was missing some light bulbs in the bathrooms, and I couldn’t figure out how to get the tub stopper to work properly, but we made it work!All in all, it was great. We’ll likely be back!

Thanks for taking your time share your stay experience at our house. We will replace and restock kitchen utensils and the living room sofa when summer slows down. Pictures on website will be updated once new furnitures are in service. Missing light bulbs in bathroom have been installed. Look forward to your next visit in the near future.

House was clean, stocked, beautiful.The waterproof mattress protectors made it too hot to sleep so I had to move to the couch.We got rained out so we spent most our time inside but the view was amazing. Thank you.

As soon as we walked in the door we were very impressed. The house is quite large and was very clean. There is 2 refrigerators which made it great one for food and the other for drinks. And the pool table was great! The view is amazing and you walk right out onto the sand from the lower deck. We went during the week so there wasn’t alot of people on the beach. We had our dogs with us, the upper and lower decks both had gates so we could just let the dogs roam around and didn’t have to worry about them getting out. We will definitely stay here again!
