The location was perfect and the unit had everything we needed. The sofas and the bed were very comfortable. Parking was a breeze. Overall a really good place to be.

The location is wonderful -It is so close to the beach and they had everything you would want to enjoy the beach- chairs, umbrella, beach towels, boogie board, etc.

Great stay! Incredible location, with everything we could need included, and very clean. They had beach towels and chairs, boogie boards, books and puzzles to use. The pool and patio area were very nice as well. Robert was a great communicator! Close to the beach, the train station, and downtown. We didn’t even need a car. The community was very welcoming and helpful, too!

This was the perfect location for us! Steps away from the ocean, downtown Carpinteria and the Salt Marsh and a short drive to see the seals. We were also close to our new grandbaby, and got to see her every day after she was born. We would stay here again and have shared the info with other family members.

The proximity to the beach is the best! We watched the sunsets on the beach every night we were there. Excellent! The neighborhood was very walkable & safe.

Comfortable

Great location and just a few steps to the beach. The pool is a plus also. The unit is comfortable and the people are friendly. The parking access is easy too.

Great Town of Carp

Location is perfect and even though we didn’t use all of the beach gear the Condo definitely had you covered…..boogie boards, beach chairs…..real quiet neighborhood and really friendly……..

Lovely stay right by the beach

Property as advertised. Nice complex, quiet, so close to the sand, easy parking, pool fairly warm. Unit slept 2 adults in the bed and a kid in each pull out. Would happily stay again.

Spring Break Fun

It was the perfect spot for our family and definitely affordable. It is a very close walk to the beach and downtown. The property felt clean, it was also quiet at night and it being a downstairs unit was a plus. The kids also enjoyed the pool. I would definitely stay again as Carpinteria is our favorite place to be.

What an awesome place!

My 3 kiddos and I had such a great vacation! The chairs, bogeyboards, and umbrellas were very much appreciated for our long days at the beach. We would walk the very short distance to the beach for the day, then walk to dinner at one of the restaurants nearby. It was a wonderful reset before school starts!

Our accomodations could not have been nicer. The owner thought of everything guests could possibly want or use. They went out f their way to make us feel at home. We will definitely use them again!!

We had a great time. Nice for a beach get away. Only complaint is that you listed pool, but pool was way too cold for our kids to swim in. We never saw anyone in the community use the pool in the week we were there.

Perfect Carpinteria location

Loved our stay, everything was clean, and tons of supplies in the apartment. The apartment complex has the friendliest neighbors too! A block walk to the beach. There is no A/C so it gets a little stuffy in the unit. But just open the windows and a great breeze comes thru. Super easy check-in and the complex is very safe. Will definitely stay here again.

Beach trip at La Cabana

This is very nice condo, very clean and nicely decorated. It was actually nicer than I thought! The neighborhood is quiet and the complex is well taken care of. The condo has a lot of nice touches including beach gear, games and books. My husband and I traveled with our adult son, who slept on a fold out couch. We enjoyed the patio area outside for coffee in the morning. It’s an easy walk to the beach, which is where we spent most of our time. It was very enjoyable.

Too dark can’t open shades

It was clean but you need shutters so you can open them to get light in without pulling open an entire shade so everyone can see in. Your management Robert and I think her name was Julie were fabulous!!!

The guest had contacted us immediately upon arrival and while many things were discussed, the blinds were not a topic of that discussion. The unit does have blinds that both go up and down offering a variety of options for privacy. While this has been the first time it has been brought to our attention, we have passed on the feedback to our owner and will continue to strive to make all guests happy and heard.

Disappointing experience. We arrived to find a drain snake sticking out of the kitchen sink and learned the sink was backed up and unusable. A plumber spent hours attempting repairs, causing a strong foul odor and disrupting our stay. We were not informed of the issue before arrival and the host did not respond to our calls or emails until the following morning. While the host eventually apologized, the repairs and inconvenience significantly impacted was was supposed to be a pleasant two day stay.
