New 2 bedroom home with spectacular lakefront views. Located on a private drive with only a few houses in quite neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets, swimming, fishing and relaxation. Close to the colleges. 10 miles to Cornell and Ithaca College.

The house was built in 2008 and has a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a spectacular view of the lake. There are hard wood and masonry floors throughout.

The house and location were very good. The pictures were a little deceiving of the proximity of the dock, not showing the steps and beach area. The house was very nice, area in a great location to state parks, hiking and wineries.

Simply Irresistible was impeccably clean, easy to get in and out of, and all around the BEST place we have rented yet! We loved it so much that we are going to attempt to book it again for next summer's vacation, and add a few more days on if possible. Jennifer was easy to get ahold of, and responded promptly! Thanks a lot Jennifer - we LOVED your property!!!

Beautiful view and very well appointed kitchen with all the appliances and utensils needed. The heater and AC are a bit confusing, but we finally figured out that there’s a unit on the floor.

We had a great stay. The home was very comfortible. Everything you could need was there. Fantastic kitchen for cooking. The view from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom were incredible. We sat outside twice. It was very peaceful. There is a great fire pit area. The road in is a little rough, but we do okay with our low clearance sedan If we vacation back in this area, we would definitely check on its availability.

Beautiful property and location was perfect, a short drive to Ithaca but far enough away for a big dose of peace and tranquility. When we return to this area, this will be our first choice to stay at.

This is a lovely, well-maintained cottage in a quiet area on the shore of Cayuga Lake just north of Myers Point. My wife and I have enjoyed brief retreats here (from 3 to 6 days) many of the past 5 or 6 years. Always a great time!

Lake view relaxation

The property is comfortable, an easy drive from Ithaca and natural attractions. The lake views were lovely and our weather was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay!

Great stay for Thanksgiving

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and loved the quiet location. Access to walk to Salt Point Natural Area and a short drive to other walking locations. The location is secluded, but very close to Lansing and Ithaca. The owners were very kind and accommodating with our unscheduled flight changes.
