Master Bedroom has private bath with whirlpool tub to relax in. 16'x32' deck over looks lake front and is great for grilling and peaceful evening dinners. Marina/boat launch 1/2 mile from house. Pull your boat right up to dock and boat hoist. Duneview Lake House is located on a protective bay and has some of the best fishing on Hamlin Lake. Inside enjoy Hi-def cable TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi Internet.

Lovely Cabin, Attentive Host

Our stay was comfortable, cozy and nature filled. All we had hoped for the cabin was there, and more aesthetically pleasing than the pictures suggest. We would gladly stay there again.

The view!

This cabin is by the the cleanest & the most stocked home I have ever stayed in with VRBO. The host sent a text to check in on us & is very kind! The view from the back yard is heart stopping! Will definitely stay here again!

very relaxing

The property and home are lovely and well maintained with plenty of room for all four of us. It was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Boat launch access and dock area not so good, which didn't matter this visit. The weather was rainy windy and cold so we were unable to put the boat in. .

Great Stay at Lake Hamlin

We just wrapped up a great week on Lake Hamlin at the Duneview property. We loved being close to Ludington amenities such as the beach, shopping and restaurants, but also away from town enough to have our own space. The property has lots of natural wildlife around it like frogs and deer. Everything was clean with a cabin-like feel that worked great for our family. Will hope to stay again next time we visit the area.

Beautiful property and location!

Beautiful home with everything you need! So close to many parks, beaches, and dunes! Very peaceful and quite. Loved all the birds and we caught three fish off the doc. Comfortable beds and loved the layout of the home.

Breathtaking views

Being from the south we were a little surprised their was no air conditioning. Unfortunately our say was really hot due to the heat wave in Michigan. The view was breathtaking!!! Loved the big back porch!!! We didn't think to look for a place with air conditioning. Could use some updates. But overall we liked the place and location. So quiet and peaceful

Very peaceful

Our stay was extremely peaceful. The house is in a quiet area with great views of the lake. The house had all the amenities we needed for our stay. One thing to note is that the cabin does not have air conditioning but with the cool breeze of the lake, we had no issues with staying cool. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Fall Getaway

The house was great. It was our second stay here. We felt away from it all but still so close to town. We came up for the disc golf courses and were not disappointed - so many in this area.

Great peaceful getaway

The house was great, just as expected. Quiet location but close to anything we needed. All of the kitchen tools and dishes, etc that you could want. Great grill! We loved our time here and enjoyed the deck and fire pit as well. Clean and well stocked!

Perfect Getaway

Exactly What We Wanted!

The property is better than we expected. Each of us were impressed with the house even though we stayed outside most of the time. We went there to catch fish, and the lake did not disappoint. And, to top everything off, the weather was PERFECT all week long. We want to go back next year!!

Most relaxing getaway

My husband and I stayed a few days here. The house is immaculate, one of the cleanest houses we’ve stayed at. The owners provided us with all of the essentials. The house would be a good fit for couples or a small group of folks. The surrounding area is beautiful and very quiet. If you’re looking for a relaxing and restful getaway this is the place for you.

Nice Lake Getaway

This cabin on Hamlin Lake was a nice getaway. Nice location, close enough to Ludington to do some window shopping but far enough away to get some privste relaxation time. Great experience all around

Awesome!!!

We loved our short stay, wished it could have been longer. Beautiful view off back deck. Very quiet. Caught some salmon. Played some Bean Bag toss. Very relaxing. The ladies went shopping in Ludington while the guys were fishing. We would recommend this property. Hope to try this again next year. Loved it. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

North Bayou Hamlin Lake

We most definitely enjoyed this property. so much as that we are renting it again next summer! Only minor details that might need future attention. Barbecue Grill should be replaced, showing at the end of its operating potential, Couch and Love seat showing significant wear and tear. Everthing else Very Good :)

Beautiful bay view!

Beautiful property, spacious and clean. Everything you need is already there. The view of the bay is spectacular. The wildlife is abundant. Close to the State Park and beautiful beaches. Second year here would definitely come again!

Comfortable, quiet property

Second time staying in this house. Enjoyed the deck and BBQ and the huge yard. Love the master bedroom bathroom! Only things keeping it from being perfect is the lack of A/C and dishwasher.
