Historic 3br Central Tucson Casa Clemente minutes from Downtown, UofA midtown

Make your way to our bright Orange door and come to feel relaxed in this historic Tucson home. Built in 1939 and on the national registry it has been updated inside to a more modern desert oasis.
When you wake up in the morning visit the coffee bar that is stocked with a variety of coffees, hot cocoa, and teas to help you wake up in the morning.
You will get to take advantage of a large living room which has a 65 in TV and a bar area for entertaining. The mural of Casa Clemente awaits you to take pictures and share them online. In the front room, you will also have another small area perfect for reading, listening to music or watching TV.

In the large living room there is a space for the kids. Enjoy a book or two. In the green cabinet you will find lots of games for some family fun.

The bathroom has a rain shower and comfy robes to have a spa getaway. We make sure to stock extra towels in the cabinet below the sink and have plenty of toiletries available.

The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. Seat 7 at the table comfortably. If you do not feel like cooking it is just minutes away from restaurants.
When it comes time to rest, you’ll have three beautiful bedrooms to choose from that offer the ultimate cloud-like comfort. Each room is themed to have a relaxing experience. We make sure to leave room scents to spray for a spa-like sleep.

Outside, guests can soak up Tucson’s endless sunshine in the fully enclosed backyard oasis. Here you can let your pets roam free as you relax under the shady gazebo on the outdoor lounge , fire pit and grill.

Note: This home is centrally located, and some street noise is unavoidable. We just installed new Windows and it is hardly noticeable now. For your sleeping comfort we provide disposable earplugs and noise machines, should you want them. Our linens are fragrance free, if you want the essential oils removed please let us know. No parties or large gatherings without prior approval.
