Breath taking views of the Texas coast, immediate boardwalk access to the beach, in town for easy access to wonderful restaurants, 2 pools to chose from and a wonderful hot tub to end your day. Elevator access available to all guests. Very secure, safe and private location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mermaid Place. The condo was very clean when we arrived. There was plenty of plates, silverware, pots and pans, a Keurig coffee maker. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Nice, updated condo with everything you need ( ice machine)

This was on the 5th floor. Check-in at 5pm was easy and super quick. Elevators were quick, which is usually a concern with a highrise.The condo is so pretty, updated with new linens, couch, decor, and the kitchen has everything from coffee pot, tupperware, baking sheets, knives, scissors, cutting boards, wine glasses, etc etc. The best part of the kitchen was the ice machine. We filled our cooler each day without having to go out and buy ice.Beds were comfy, ac worked great.They're rebuilding the walkway to the beach. It's large really nice. Should be done by mid-July they're guessing. No issues with parking.Pool was fine, hot tub was large. Pickleball, tennis, bocci ball, and cornhole all available.Beach area was great, as it was right before the part where you can pull your cars all the way on the beach, so it looks and feels nicer than farther down the beach.The owner sent us an email with suggestions on restaurants with her text also in case we needed anything. We didn't. We've stayed in different condos at Aransas Princess, but this one is our favorite so far. Our friends also staying on the 6th floor came to see it and liked the look and feel of ours better. The owner spends lots of time there and that's why it's not all old and outdated like a lot of them are. See you next year!

Mermaids paradise

We absolutely loved our stay at Mermaid Place! The condo was beautifully decorated with a warm, beachy feel that made it feel just like home. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, which made our stay even more convenient. One of our favorite parts was the patio—such a peaceful spot with beautiful views and comfortable seating. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely stay here again!

Girls' Family Weekend

This condo was everything and more than we hoped for. My mom has limited mobility and could independently stay in the master bedroom and navigate the kitchen comfortably—all the amenities made for a relaxed and easy vacation. The furniture and beds were all comfortable. The decor and styling made it feel even more beachy and fun. We so appreciated the small thoughtful details and decor. We would stay here again.

Immaculate Condo

Absolutely immaculate condo! Love all the details and design of the kitchen. The layout and furnishings in the condo are so relaxing and really sets the tone for a beach vacation. Has everything you need to make dinner. The only change I would make is a full size coffee pot vs K Cups. Can’t wait to book again very soon.

Wonderful stay at Mermaid Place!

From the moment we walked in, you can see why this place earns it's 'mermaid' moniker! The aquatic decor (with plenty of mermaids!) gave it a great beach vibe and was perfect for a relaxing vacation. We found the condo to be clean and very well maintained. All the beds and couch were comfy, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking meals a breeze. The balcony and amazing beach view is perfect for sitting out and enjoying some relaxation time. The Aransas Princess property in general is great with two pools and easy beach access down the boardwalk. It appeared to be undergoing some exterior renovations, but this did not impact our stay at all. This was our second visit to Aransas Princess (first with this host) and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Amazing Property!

We had an amazing stay at the Mermaid House! The property was beautiful and located so close to the water and the properties two different pools. Despite staying during a tropical storm, our host went above and beyond by checking in on us to ensure we were safe and comfortable. The condo itself was well-maintained, clean, and provided all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a perfect beach getaway!

Great Stay!!

First the pictures do not do this condo justice! This was a girls bday getaway and I could not have asked for a nicer place. We stayed over 4th of July and the spot is perfect for easy access to beach and pools. Check in and out was easy, no issues. The beds were all so comfortable and the sheets smelled amazing (what soap do you use)? We are already wanting to book for a future trip!
