Our home is very well located in Lucaya Village with short walking distance to the clubhouse, where you will find amenities include, kids play area, game room, BBQ, heated community pool with slide and hot tub, fitness center, Bakery and Beauty salon.
Ground Floor
The living room is open and spacious with a 5 seats sofa to relax and enjoy the Smart TV.There are also a half bathroom on first floor.
Dining table seats 6. If you feel like cooking the beautiful and fully stocked and slate kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready.
Laundry room with Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron, Iron table and clothesline.
This family friendly home also offers free WIFI.
