Cozy Chatham cottage with private lake access and minutes to downtown and beaches! This house is perfect for families of friends looking to get away for the week and enjoy one of the nicest areas on the Cape.

You will love having dinner on the large deck as the sun sets over the water. Its easy to get to town by taking the bike trail (about 1 total mile). There are several beaches just a short drive away.

This house has two separate living spaces. The first and main floor has a large open living/dining room/kitchen that all share over 20+ feet of windows looking out on the lake. You can sit as a family while all enjoying different activities. There is a master bedroom off the main area that has gorgeous views of the lake and an en suite bathroom.

The lower level has two bedrooms and a large sitting area with a 60" tv. This area allows for two groups to use the house either as a single family or friends who might need some space during the day. There is an updated basement bathroom for guests staying on the bottom level.

The house offers plenty of parking for larger groups or easy access for just one car. There are mini splits throughout the house the provide air to the house during the warmer days. A new instant hot water heater provides plenty of water to keep the showers hot as well as the house warm in the cooler months.

The house has a mini crib and pack-n-play for those traveling with younger guests! Linens and towels are provided with your stay. Additionally we provide paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies (dishwasher, laundry, general cleaning soap), bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body) for the entirety of your stay!
