The Ranch is in the heartbeat of the small Catskill town of Woodstock. All that transpired in this small hamlet on the edge of Woodstock created the music revolution of the sixties. The Ranch sits on a historic and private road, a mere 3 minute drive into the heart of Woodstock or a 10 minute walk to the famous Bearsville complex. You can find several restaurants and live music on the weekends. You will need a car anywhere in the Catskills. However, you can walk the Cub Market and Bearsville Complex within 10 minutes. Some guests have ventured to walk into Woodstock and this takes about 30 minutes.

This is my personal home. Not just a home built for rental. As such, it's filled with every amenity you can imagine and art and vintage furniture from around the globe. I am an entrepreneur and wellness fanatic. This renovated mid-century ranch is focused on wellness, cooking, and community. With multiple soaking tubs, outdoor shower, great room with open air living, custom aromatherapy steam shower, hot tub, steel firepit, chef's kitchen, gourmet Bertazzoni range, restored original fireplace, you won't want to leave! The Ranch is a 3 minute drive into town and walking distance to the famous Bearsville Complex. The previous owners of my Ranch held this property for 40 years. All of the original buddhas remain on the property and can be found throughout the woods.

A PASSION FOR WELLNESS
I am so passionate about wellness and have designed the home for zen. The primary suite opens directly to the outside, overlooking a peaceful and private multi-acre property. The primary suite's bathroom includes a soaking tub and custom made aromatherapy steam shower with windows to the outside.
Don't worry, the windows have been tinted so you cannot see in but you can see out! So relax in the steam room while you view the outdoors.
The second bedroom houses a king bed and long work desk. While the third has a queen bed. The second bathroom is yet another spa suite with a wet room that includes a soaking tub and shower.
All rooms have their own wall mounted smart televisions and you will also find basic fitness equipment on site such as yoga mats and rollers. I recommend starting the day with an outdoor stretch on the homes massive full length wood and stone patio.

The house comes with central A/C and heat, an open floor plan, and massive sliding doors that line the entire back of the home for true indoor/outdoor living. The ranch style makes it great for family given there are no stairs in the home and the outdoor deck flows right out to the massive lawn.
The kitchen has been outfitted with the highest quality appliances and tools. The Italian Heritage Collection Bertazzoni range with double burners is a highlight for any chef. The island was made from local black soapstone. The outdoors is outfitted with a BREEO outdoor firepit which is also great for cooking.
The home is filled with an art collection from over 25 years of intensive art collection featuring famous artists such as The Starn Brothers, Elger Esser, and Bo Joseph.
