Fantastic place, beautiful setting, many amenities. Probably the best place I've ever stayed! We had a wonderful, comfortable stay.

My Wife and I enjoyed our stay. The Accommodations were perfect for a getaway weekend in the Town Of Woodstock, Felt very private nestled back in the woods. The House was perfect.

Great location and beautiful setting, charming cottage. Loved our visit into Woodstock, don’t miss the food and live music at Pearlmoon! Overall the cottage is wonderful and charming but could use a deep cleaning of base boards.

Such a beautiful property near Woodstock. We only had two quick nights. Would be really nice to spend a long weekend or week. Very comfortable bed. Very nicely decorated.

The house is lovely in a secluded part of Woodstock. We were there during the El Nino storm and while we were there at 2 different times a tree fell blocking the driveway.We called Robyn and she very quickly arranged for tree service to remove the fallen trees so we could get in and out of the driveway. We were very pleased with her prompt help

Such a lovely cottage in a beautiful wooded setting. We enjoyed the firepit and the views while sitting around the kitchen table. The cottage was stocked SO well and we especially appreciated that there was high end cookware (no scratched Teflon pans here!). Super comfortable beds!! Very convenient to Woodstock and Levon Helm Studios! Thank you!!

Cute cottage. It has everything you need and more. Home is close to town. Lovely back deck. It rained everyday so there were puddles and mud, but that was every where we went in Woodstock. Great stay!

If I could give this place six stars I would. We had a wonderful long weekend in Woodstock here. The house is cozy and lovely — we spent our weekend cooking, sitting by the fireplace reading, and watching movies. It was heavenly. The property manager, Robyn, went above and beyond — she was very communicative about a winter storm and made sure that we were all set!

Great little cottage in the woods not far from Woodstock center. Perfect spot for a girls weekend. Our only disappointment was not having deer and bear sightings from inside the house!

Quiet and Cozy

We loved the cottage and it’s great location a very peaceful setting and the owner gave attention to small details that made for a very nice stay.

We loved sitting outside on the back deck, watching the deer and chipmunks in the open forest. The house has a well-stocked kitchen with plenty of amenities, with several nice areas to sit for a meal or read a book.The only reason I can't give 5* is the house needs more proactive maintenance. Some electrical issue took out the upstairs A/C right before we arrived. The property manager was good at communicating, but getting emergency repairs in a small town on a holiday weekend was hard. We also had poor water pressure starting out. They sent a handyman who managed to change a filter that solved most of it, but there was still an issue with the kitchen cold water after he left. Some caveats: - If you are much over 6 feet tall, you may feel crowded. The ceilings in the older section of the house (the kitchen is newer) are only about 6'-4" high, lower in a couple of spots.- This house may not be the best choice if you have mobility issues. The stairs are steep, narrow, and well-polished wood that is somewhat slippery. And, as with many old houses, some of the doors can stick from settling.- Some people claimed this is walkable distance from town. The distance is walkable, but the road is not. We tried one time, and with the blind curves and hills and negligible shoulder, felt we took our lives in our hands. Drive to the free municipal lot and park.All in all, still a great little place for a couple.

Will Stay Again and Again

We have stayed at the property multiple times and it has always been a great experience. Clean, convenient, cozy, well appointed and Robyn is outstanding to work with.

A wonderful cottage

This was just what we were looking for. The host was very quick to respond to any of my questions. We enjoyed the location and all the amenities. The outdoor grill, outdoor firepit and inside fireplace were enjoyed and it was a nice bonus that there was plenty of firewood.
