First time in Duluth, picked a great place to stay! Our unit had everything we could ask for, was ver clean, quiet and comfortable and easy parking. Great location for exploring the area. The bbq place next door was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, we really enjoyed the property! It was Super clean and in a fun location!! The only downside to our stay was noise from other vacationers. We were on the bottom floor and you can hear pretty much everything above you and the stairway . I typically book a top floor for this reason. Again, it was a great property in a great location.

Hi Jamie, thank you for your kind words and for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the cleanliness and location of the property. We understand how noise from other guests can affect your stay and appreciate you letting us know. This might be a good chance for us to remind guests with a sign to keep quiet in the halls. Hopefully we get a chance to host you again, without the noise. Safe travels!
