The host was very accommodating. I requested a couple items and my request was met quickly. The only disappointing thing was not being able to see the lake from the living room. I would highly recommend this place.

From the time months ago that we made the reservation to checkout, everything ran smoothly. Excellent communication with hosts. The lovely property is perfectly situated on Park Point. We loved walking a few steps to a clean beach with delightful scenes of sunrises, sail boats, swimmers, seagulls and moon risings. We had every that we needed inside the comfortable property. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Excellent get away close to Canal Park! Just as pictured the beach is literally a few steps out the door. Breathtaking views! Easy check in and check out. Excellent communication.

The location is perfect for walk ability on the beach and to the lift bridge and Canal Park. The house is cozy and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Carl is a great host and very responsive. This is my second time here and I will be back again.

What a great spot! The apartment was one of the cleanest VRBOs we’ve stayed in. The view from the living room window was like a picture. Communication with Carl and Matt was great and they were very accommodating. We will definitely stay again the next time we take a long weekend in Duluth.

This was a great stay for us. Carl was quick to answer any questions and super friendly and accommodating. The place is wonderful. It is cozy and inviting. The view out the back window is amazing. It was the perfect size for my wife and I. Look forward to staying there again.

The unit was very nice and well kept. The owner was easy to communicate with. I would suggest using some fabric softener on the towels but overall we really enjoyed it and will definitely return

Thanks so much for the feedback! Sorry the towels were scratchy and stiff. I rewashed all of them after you left and used fabric softener. I also reminded the cleaners to make sure to use it as well. Hopefully, they will be much softer the next time you stay with us.

This stay was wonderful! Having the beach and lake right outside, very cosy and clean. Stocked with everything you may need. The host was very accomadating and quick with replies to any questions.

Great place to stay!

We loved our time staying at this house on the beach. It was quiet indoors, located right on the beach but close to canal park. The hosts were extremely attentive to our needs and had excellent communication. For our first Vrbo experience, it was a great one!

Great place right on the beach. Easy access with beach chairs and towels ready to use. It was also cool being so close to the lift bridge. Hosts were great.
