Perfect Getaway

Great Location

Decided on a rental rather than a hotel, great choice with this property. The location was wonderful and the bungalow well cared for. Everything was as described in the listing and we would definitely stay again. Really is a 10*!

Wedding getaway

My friend got married in Canal Park and instead of staying in a hotel, I chose to stay here and it was exactly what I needed! The check-in process was super smooth, the pictures match the space and the view is priceless.

Cozy with beach access

This unit is small but perfectly furnished for two adults. It has views of the Great Lake and a comfortable bed with a nicely remodeled bath. Quick walk to Canal Park is a plus.

Last minute fall get away

Cozy, quiet place right on the beach - we could hear the roar of the surf from inside, awesome! The weather cooperated and we enjoyed walking along the beach and seeing several big ships come and go. We're close enough to the canal, we even walked down to watch the ship go through the canal and under the Aerial Bridge; very cool. The place was wonderful and the bed was comfy. Check out was a breeze, with no hassles of doing any "house keeping"; like so many other places we've stayed. That was a blessing! Only negative I can say is the towels were extremely rough. If you have sensitive skin, bring your own. We put this on our "go back" list for sure!

Mini-vacation

4 day/3night stay on the northshore with great access to restaurants and relaxing on the beach. The home has everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay with no stress. The owner was very detailed with what we needed to know. Highly recommend and we will choose this location again.

Sister weekend

4 sisters in our 60’s. We had an awesome time. Kinda small for 4 adults, but worked great for us. Clean and a fabulous view. This is my second stay. Different people each time. I’ll be back!

Great location

Great location on the beach. We sat on the beach and watched the cargo ships coming and going as well as paddleboarders, kayaks, and sail boats. On a windy evening, we watched surfers and kite surfers. We walked across the lift bridge to Canal Park. The unit had everything we could need - even a nightlight, firewood, and a cribbage board. Our host texted before we arrived to let us know he may be unavailable at times and asked that we copy alternate contacts if we had questions to be sure we received a timely response and checked on us during the week. We would definitely stay here again .

Beautiful beach on Lake Superior!

I highly recommend this beautiful apartment on Park Point in Duluth! It's quiet and centrally located. It is walking distance to the boardwalk and many restaurants and shops or you can just enjoy your time looking out at the water! Lovely!

Wonderful property in great location!

We recently stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed it! The property is clean, comfortable, well stocked, and has a beautiful Lake Superior shoreline and scenic views. It is within walking distance to the Aerial Lift Bridge and numerous restaurants and stores. We saw a few massive boats coming and going. The property owner was very friendly & responsive and gave us many tips on where to dine, etc. We'd highly recommend this short-term rental property and will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to our family and friends!

Best location

Apartment was as advertised. We were out and about to parks, bike paths etc…early in the day and then hung out at backyard beach until dinner. No better location in Duluth. Recommend Duluth Grill for a special meal.

Very relaxing. Easy access to Duluth's restaurants and shops. Enjoyed the beach and watching the boats. The manager was very friendly and always helpful. Very clean and nice neighborhood.

We will be back!

Everything was delightful. We cook alot and found the kitchen well organized and complete. Bed and bath very nice. I am handicapped so I hardly saw the lake. Access to the unit was difficult but not impossible. We will return next summer.

Summer vacation

This property was perfect for our summer getaway. We had a beautiful sunrise view of Lake Superior from the living room. The location could not be better as you are able to walk right out on to the beach through the back yard. We were able to walk just down the street to view the aerial lift bridge in action. We were also able to walk to local shops and restaurants for shopping and dinner. There are many sites to see in Duluth we just ran out of time to see them all. We will definitely be back for another summer getaway.

Beautiful location

We loved this property! Hard to say what our favorite was. Was it the location? Yes! Was it the cleanliness of the place? Yes! Was it right on the beach? Yes! Could we see the ships come in? Yes! Was it close to Canal Park, The Decc and The North Shore Drive? Yes! And was the communication with the owner spot on (we needed to get in a bit early and they allowed us)? Yes! Would I book it again? Yes! Also the description/picture was exactly as stated! It was a wonderful 8 day stay! Thank you!

Perfect location and relaxing space!

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights. Our daughter was getting married in canal park and we loved that this location was so close but gave us our own space. The view was stunning and so relaxing. The apartment was clean, quiet and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. We will stay again.
