This Cottage by the Sea offers a perfect getaway option for the family to enjoy themselves any way they choose. This home is just a few blocks away from beach access, hosts a private backyard, pool and deck area, and has all the amenities needed to kick back and relax.
The living room and kitchen enjoy a great view of the back yard and plenty of space for the family. The master bedroom hosts a queen bed with access to a private bathroom. Bedroom two hosts a queen bed along with twin bunk beds, with easy access to the property's second bathroom. The common area also hosts a full sized sleeper sofa.
The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.
This home is located in east-central PCB just off Thomas Drive near great restaurants and bars and in near proximity to most attractions in town. A great location to enjoy all the Emerald Coast has to offer for yourself! Guest must be 25 and over to rent and check into this home. This is a No Pet and Non Smoking unit. (National Certified Service Dogs are accepted)

This was the best friends trip the beachy decorated house from the inside to the outside was excellent choice for Just the Two of Us the house was nice and clean when we arrived although we weren't at the house a lot for being on the beach riding the c-screamer and visiting Pier Park to do some shopping and ride the Sky Wheel we love pineapple Willies we love Panama City and we'll definitely be back thank you for hosting us

Short stay at the beach
Nice place by the beach! My little ones are not crazy about the ocean so having a pool to ourselves was perfect.

The best house on Panama City beach
I loved this house close to everything. It was I. A great neighborhood and the property manager was great. Would highly recommend you stay here.
