The Space:

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.



The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.



Resort Quiet hours are 11 pm - 7 am.



Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.



... remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

The room was smaller than it appeared on the website due to the mirrors, but it was a nice room it was clean. The hotel is very pet friendly.

The room was as described. Everything was nice and clean. Check in was vereasy. The weather wasn't great while we was there but the room made it amazing to be able to see all the views of the ocean. Will definitely book here again next year.

This is my second time using this condo. I love the wonderful views. The condo itself is in need of a refresh. The tile floors were filthy. I bought a swifter and mopped the entire floor. The beds were saggy and squeaky. The living room chair had stains on the seat and the remote control for the TV didn't work. I over looked all of this due to the fantastic views. This would not deter me from renting again but the price needs to reflect the condition of the condo.

Loved our little getaway to Myrtle Beach in this rental! Unit was as advertised with an even better view than words can describe. Excellent communication all the way through the process. Unit was clean, great location, again the views were extraordinary, and check-in/check-out was clear and seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

This place had beautiful views. Very clean, well appointed. Although, the kitchen sink faucet was loose and couldn't get hot water and one remote didn't work . Other than that it was perfect. Will definitely try to get this suite again!

The condo was pretty much as shown in the pictures. Great view and suited our needs as we ate out for most meals. But to rent it you’d think you were joining the CIA with the ID documentation you have to provide. And we had two queen beds made up with sheets only. No blankets or coverlet. After three days of asking, we received one blanket for two beds. Two towels each for the week. And the resort’s coin operated washer/dryers were ancient and several dryers ate quarters without working.

Fantastic Room & Incredible Views!

Second time and as always our stay was wonderful. Puppy friendly, very clean, wonderful beachy interior theme with all the amenities. Add to that an incredible view and you have a small slice of heaven!!! Hoping to get a room on the Tippy Top 19th floor next time!!!!

Spectacular Suite

The overall suite was wonderful. Panoramic view of the ocean with floor to ceiling windows. Convenient to attractions and restaurants. I'll book again!
