This rental was everything we expected and more! Incredibly well stocked for our party of 6 plus baby. The location was perfect... just a few steps down to the beach and a short walk on the beach to the tiki bar. Our hosts were amazingly responsive and communicated all details promptly and clearly. Hoping to book again same time next year!

The beach view was incredible! The place was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was stocked perfectly had just what I needed. The upstairs rental above the unit was loud at times but we were at the beach 90% of the time. It was quite at night.

Property is exactly as pictured. Super clean and neat. We cooked a good bit and the kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of spices, oils, condiments, etc. The view was gorgeous and the beds & pillows really comfortable. Really nice having our own walkway to the beach. Lots of beach chairs and two different kinds of canopies which were a really nice touch. The owners take great pride in their home and it shows.The only suggestion from our crew was to add some mirrors in the back bedrooms.We had a wonderful vacation!

What a luxurious stay! We felt pampered arriving on a day the ocean was super blue with a lovely sunset. The view from the living area is great, and there’s ample seating on the porch to enjoy the salt air. It’s also always a treat to have three full bathrooms.

The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything we needed. The view, however, was the show stopper. Everyone did a double take as they walked in the main room. The ocean and beach are right there and easy to access with a private walkway. We really enjoyed the large covered balcony facing the ocean. We had our coffee there every morning. There are nicely decorated bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and a Jack n Jill bath connecting to a bedroom with a queen. Perfect for a family with children. If you are thinking about this house you will not be disappointed. It is splendid!

Wonderful Location

This Condo was beautiful! It had the best views and it is steps from the beach. The Owners stock it with everything you need for a great vacation. This place was one of our most favorite places we have rented!

We had a great time! We had a lot of rain in the beginning of the week, but there was plenty to keep everyone busy, the aquarium was a hit. The house was clean and fully stocked. Linda and Dean were great hosts, very welcoming.

Great Family Beach Vacay!

Lovely house, very new so still in pristine condition. Excellent communication with owners. Small touches that made a big difference such as starter paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, etc. Highly recommend & would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach front condo. Beautiful views and beautiful place! It had all the amenities needed for a comfortable and convenient vacation. No need to pack linens or bath towels. Kitchen is well equipped and there is even a water filtration system for showers and cooking. 5 stars all around!

Perfect getaway for a family

Our family could not have been happier with this vacation rental! Linda and Dean were a pleasure to book with. The house itself is stunning- with everything you need for a relaxing beach week. Our family appreciated the black out curtains (it was helpful for our kids napping during the day), the close proximity to the beach and having everyone on one floor. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We will absolutely be booking again next year.

Family Vacation

Linda and Dean’s house was an amazing stay. The house had everything and was steps away from the sand and beautiful beach. I would definitely recommend the house and would stay again myself. So beautiful and perfect!!!

Beautiful home in Carolina Beach

This is my new favorite place in Carolina Beach. So beautiful and comfortable and clean. Plus right on the beach with a gorgeous view. Can’t wait to come back. The owners were super responsive, friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for everything!

We had an amazing 7-night stay at this beautiful, beachfront home! Linda and Dean's home was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing week on the beach, including a well-equipped kitchen and a starter kit of laundry, dish soap, toilet paper and garbage bags. There is a storage area with beach chairs, sand toys and a tent. Our boys were especially excited to see that they each had their own room, with a tv! The furniture and deck are made of treks, making it an amazing spot to enjoy the stunning views, even when it's a little too windy to be on the beach :) The host was very friendly and responsive. The restaurants that they recommended were spot on. We would definitely go to Island Bagels a bit sooner and Havana's filet mignon was so delicious! It’s clear they put a lot of thought and care into making sure guests have a great experience.If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic place to relax by the ocean, this is it. We’d happily stay here again!

Location, Location, Location!!!

Overall, the property lived up to all it promised. The accommodations were more than comfortable, clean and had most any household item your group would need. We had some interactions with the owners as they were staying at the property in the unit above. They were kind, enjoyable and very hospitable. Very Clean and Perfect Location!

Visited with my family and couldn't ask for a better place to stay! Literally steps from the beach and the house was spotless. Had everything we needed and met with Linda and always kept us in the loop of things which we appreciated. Great communication. Hope to visit again very soon!

Perfect vacation

We loved the location it was perfect the home is beautiful. Linda was quick to respond to any questions I had. Linda emailed me with all the information I needed a few days before our trip. I will rent this home again next year if it is available.
