Searenity Villa in Cruz Bay with private pool and sunset view

Searenity Villa is located on a quiet hill within two miles to town. The property is gated for maximum privacy with view of Caribbean blue water and surrounding cays. You will enjoy waking up to sunrise and watch a beautiful sunset in the afternoon. Searenity location is catching constant tradewind breeze throughout the house practically all year long. The property offers two suites each with a separate sitting area for an additional guest or an office if you have to work remotely. The covered patio comes with a Weber bbq grill for an evening cookout by the private pool. There are four chaise lounges on the sun deck to relax after a dip in the sparkling salt water pool. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. An entire house is powered by Generac generator when the grid goes down which happens so often on the island. You still have the comfort without any interruption.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. Great location and very close to Cruz Bay with all the bars and restaurants. Check in process was a breeze and felt very safe with the gated entrance. The villa has absolutely everything you would need! Beach towels, chairs, cooler, etc. The only downside was that only the bedrooms had AC and the rest of the house got pretty warm at times. Other than that, can’t say enough great things! Host was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay.

Thanks for your time to give us your feedback. We appreciated your stayed with us to celebrated your honeymoon this summer. September is the peak of a warmer period in the summer. It’s common AC s are available in the bedrooms but not an entire house on the island. Searenity offers an indoor/outdoor living island lifestyle with a covered patio and a private pool to escape the heat during sunset hours especially in September. We are in drought and extreme heat wave this summer but glad you were safe from any storm thankfully. We glad you enjoyed the location and amenities during your stayed. Congrats on your new journey!

Absolutely phenomenal property! Perfect size for our family of five. The hosts have thought of every single thing, with labels. The beach chairs, towels and snorkeling gear were a HUGE plus. We will return to St. John and see no need to stay anywhere else! Very close to town but walking it may be difficult due to a few blind spots in the road. That being said, we had no issues driving to and from the grocery store and beaches. HIGHLY recommend.

We loved our stay here! The power was out for 3 days in Cruz bay. Our host had a wonderful generator and took very good care of us. The pool was lovely to come back to after a long hot beach day. We really appreciated how close we were to everything.Highly recommend

Fantastic 5-night stay with wife and adult children. Tara and Jame's house was exactly as advertised. Very nicely furnished, clean, spacious and a wonderful view. There was a constant breeze throughout the house that was very comfortable. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was nice to have, but with the nice breeze, we only used the air conditioning a couple of the nights. The check in instructions and communication with Tara and James was excellent. Tara went well out of her way to help us with a question we and it was very helpful. Will return again. Highly recommend it.

Searenity Villa met and exceeded all our needs, very clean, 2 minutes to Cruz Bay, A/C in the bedrooms works perfectly, the island was having major power problems, but with the generator we felt no effects of it at the villa during our stay. View from the pool deck is hard to beat. We will be renting from these hosts again. Tara replied each time I had a question leading up to our stay Beautiful property highly recommend
