The place is really clean and the people in the area are super friendly. This is the second time I have stayed here and really enjoy it every time. Danielle is responsive when I have questions.

We stayed here all summer and enjoyed it. The host and Swanns marina were excellent. Communication was great. This camper is very nice and really fully stocked

Such a cute place ! It’s was tucked away and was very private/quiet! The hot tub was definitely a plus! The ac was super cold and everything smelt clean and fresh!The host communicated quickly and we had no issues with check in! Would definitely stay here again !

Travel Trailer was nice, clean, well stocked and organized. Communication with staff was stellar. Check in is easy peezy. Was a great place for our fur babies. This was our second stay. We will stay here again.

The camper was very clean and cozy, nice fireplace. We were hoping have a lake view but it is surrounded by other campers. However, it was quiet and you could walk to the lake. Everything is very well maintained and great stay for the price. had everything we needed.

This property has the outdoor amenities that would increase the rating with outdoor grill, hot tub, and very nice porch. However, I was there for fishing the NPFL tournament and towing a 21 1/2’ bass boat (28’ ) counting motor, jackplate and tongue. I asked Danielle if this would accommodate my boat, and her communication it was “yes. No communication with her was more than 1 sentence. Backing in took at least 20 minutes each day, making around a 90 point turn, pulling up, backing up and still it took excessive time considering my over 50 years of backing experience with a boat. The ground is covered with limbs, branches, and other debris. There was a oak tree which had a piece of schedule 40 conduit grown into the oak, so some genius cut it off about a foot above the ground leaving it to sway in the breeze and damage my Tundra. Check in process was texted about 1 hour before check in. There were detailed instructions for do’s and do nots. It reminded me of my 21 years of active duty military service, except writing was less professional. Now for the interior; clean floors, living space, etc. This is a “lower end price point travel trailer”. The floor in the bedroom was very soft/rotted and needs repair. Heard mice or something chewing almost constantly under the cabinet area. Horrified when stripping the bed, for departure. Pillows had been slobbered on by guests for years and mattress cover stained. Two cats roaming free enjoyed dedicating in my 120K boat daily. Stay away

Prior to your stay, we confirmed the information requested so you could determine whether the property would meet your needs. We were especially surprised by several of the concerns mentioned in your review, as none of these issues were reported to us during your stay. Had we been made aware of any maintenance, cleanliness, bedding, pest, or property concerns, we would have gladly investigated and addressed them immediately. The camper is accurately represented in our listing and is priced accordingly. Many guests choose this property because it offers an affordable lakeside accommodation with amenities such as a hot tub, grill, covered porch, and convenient access to area fishing tournaments. As for communication, we responded to your questions and provided check-in information, property details, and house rules designed to help all guests enjoy their stay and protect the property for future visitors. We appreciate you recognizing the cleanliness of the living areas and the outdoor amenities. While we understand that this property may not have been the right fit for your specific expectations, we stand behind the accuracy of our listing.

great stay!

we had a great time and and property was clean and we had no issues checking in or out, we couldnt find the wifi password but we didnt have any issues aside from that! no complaints what so ever, it was perfect for what we needed

We really loved our stay! We were pleasantly surprised at how thorough Danielle and her team were in anticipating our every need! There were so many special accommodations and extra little perks, such as having spices in the kitchen, all the equipment you could need, a heater for the porch, the hot tub, etc. The only thing we learned was that if you are a bit the bed and the couches may make it a bit more difficult for you to stretch out! Thanks for a wonderful place to experience some R&R and make some great memories!

Last Minute Savior

We were stuck in TN because our pup passed away and had to find an affordable place with a kitchen. This camper was CLEAN! Had to pay pet deposit for our other pup but it was worth it. The property as a whole is clean. The owner communicated well, staff was helpful, Richard didn't hesitate to fix anything we needed. The lake was down but we are planning to come back in the summer. Thank you all for a great stay!

Not what i expected.

Well the pillows was molded but they took care of that the next day only had two air mattress but wouldn't hold up . Only cover we had was sheets for the flat air mattress and a bed spead for the bed. . Maintenance man was super nice and cery helpful.was sheets afor

Arrived on wensday after hours Both air mattresses were full of holes Had to make due Thursday they brought different air mattresses and they would go down two or three times a night Tried patching but no help left Saturday afternoon a night early because no one wanted to sleep on air mattresses Terrible experience
