The house was clean, spacious, beautiful, and fit all of our needs. Harris was super communicative and helpful, and we had a great time. Hoping to visit again!

The property is absolutely gorgeous! Even more spacious than the photos show and the grounds are so lovely! Perfect spot for our family while in town for my son's wedding nearby. Harris was very fast with communication and answered any questions quickly. The kitchen is especially well set up and we enjoyed cooking and grilling. Was really the perfect home for the weekend!

We stayed at the truly beautiful and historic Cold Springs Harbor home during the weekend of our daughter’s wedding in the area. I cannot emphasize how much my family enjoyed staying here. We had coffee on the veranda every morning, watched a soccer match in the theatre, visited with family in the spacious living room, and cooked a big country breakfast in the new and well appointed kitchen. I could go on and on. Check in was flawless. Communication with the host was excellent. I hope to have the opportunity to visit again. Thank you, Harris, for a wonderful visit.

wonderful but the kitchen should be better equipped

We had a great time in this wonderful place. Our disappointment though was with the kitchen with very little equipment, no coffee maker, no teapot, barely any cups and they were not clean, no plates. We had to buy the missing basic equipment which was unpleasant and the outdoor grill was not functioning well. But the house and the gardens are beautiful and the bedrooms well equipped.

Celebrating my mothers 60th birthday

The house is gorgeous. It’s a lot of stairs so be in shape lol. The rooms are gorgeous each room does only have one bed so perfect for couples getaway. The shower in the master suite on the 3rd floor water was kind of cold but that could be because of so many people showering in one big house. The yard was gorgeous and I would rent this house again. The host was so kind and allowed me to throw my mom a 60th birthday party on his property we had under 50 guest. The kids loved the game room and the movie room it was their favorite.

My extended family and I were in town for our daughter's wedding. This place was amazing. The house has so much character. So much room to spread out and enjoy each other's company. The host was even able to get to us an important item that was left behind.
