Pinterest-worthy, lovely 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, complete home in Downtown Mystic. Fenced yard, first and second story decks , outdoor barbecue, fire pit, portico, picnic table and swing, Inside, cozy up in a rustic comfortable living room, with gas fireplace, gather in the intimate dining room with exposed brick and high ceilings, , enjoy home cooked meals in the gourmet kitchen (which has a modern AGA five burner stove, 2 ovens; microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer) washer/dryer in the first floor mud room. The use of two kayaks come with the property, and the location is infinitely walkable to check out not only all the shopping, restaurant’s and pubs of downtown, but also the Mystic Seaport! A fabulous time is just a click away!

The house is so spacious and comfortable. The back yard is a perfect place for happy hour/dinner and a game of corn hole! The beds are comfortable and house is well kept. This is our 2nd year staying and hope to continue coming back.

This is a great home to stay in. Its beautiful, clean and host has everything prepared for your arrival and stay. The location is very walkable and centralized in a nice neighborhood. The firepit in the backyard was a nice treat. So many wonderful things to say about our stay.

Perfect location

Everything it said it was! Lovely old home- we didn’t take advantage of all that was listed as we ate out each meal but everything was walkable! Perfect place for staying over graduation weekend!

What a fabulous property!!! The location is phenomenal - so easy to walk in to town. Bedrooms were comfortable. Living room was perfect for family movie nights. We didn’t really cook but the kitchen is well appointed with everything you’d need. Host was amazing!!! Great communication. Gave us a detailed list of places to go and things to do. Wish the weather had been better so we could have taken advantage of the outdoor amenities. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Wonderful quaint New England home

Had everything we were looking for. Quiet neighborhood, close to all restaurants and attractions of Mystic. Plenty of bedroom space, good size kitchen, clean house throughout. Owner was very nice and attentive to our requests. Outstanding!

We enjoyed a terrific long weekend in Mystic. The house was perfect for our needs with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. A little cornhole in the backyard, fire pit and some oysters completed the picture. We actually ended up getting take-out a few times versus done-in as the back patio was perfect. The proximity to downtown Mystic is unbeatable. The host was spot on with area dining recommendations as well.

Lovely stay in a well maintained historic home. Location is stellar, situated within steps of the bridge, shopping and restaurants, yet in a peaceful neighborhood. This house is very clean and well appointed. Kitchen is well stocked with tableware, pots, pans and utensils. The back yard is spacious with a large picnic table and really nice fire pit area towards the rear.The hosts are responsive, friendly and welcoming. We’d gladly stay here again.

The house is lovely! Still has all the New England charm along with modern comfort! Communication with Roseanne was great, she even replaced a warped corn hole game bc she knew my family wanted to play, so thoughtful! My family enjoyed everything from the updated kitchen to the backyard sitting area to the comfy living room couch! Also enough parking for 3 cars!

Fantastic Mystic House!

This house was perfect! It had everything we needed & then some. Fabulous location!! Nice, peaceful residential street but only 2 blocks away from the main part of town. Charming home decor, nice yard with swing, fire pit, deck. Owner met us early & took the time to show us around & answer questions. Clean, comfy & cozy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Authentic property

This 1845 built house is filled with original features; latches, hardware, quirky closets, wooden floors, steep back stairway , lovely main staircase. It also has more “modern” updates such as antique light fixtures, radiators and a couple of cast iron tubs.The home has been updated for comfort including new windows, window A/C units, dishwasher, microwave,washer dryer

We had a great weekend, Thank you, Roseanne!The house was so comfortable, we appreciated the well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. I sat often on the second floor deck! Each of us had plenty of space to relax and recharge. It was an easy walk into town and we enjoyed delicious meals at the local restaurants. Really great place!!

This property was so perfect in ways we did not even imagine. We were taken to a time and space that transformed our little getaway to a place of peace comfort and happiness. Immersed in the mystic experience we enjoyed walking to the drawbridge multiple times a day to eat and explore. The location and amenities were perfect and the care and artistic sense of beauty and detail in the home was mesmerizing. Without too much detail, my wish for all who stay will discover it for the first time for themselves.
