Relax in privacy with huge, fenced yard & amazing views over downtown Mystic! Large stone patio with lounge seating, dining, lawn games, Weber gas grill, & gas fire table. Cocktails or morning coffee on the Adirondack chairs & enjoy the sweeping views of downtown Mystic, the Mystic River & passing boats!
"Anna's She Shed," next to the house, is open for cozy napping, sketching or reading from the She Shed library!

Could not have asked for a more perfect house to enjoy a girls weekend! The house is perfectly decorated, every time you turn around you notice another treasure. The home was comfortable, clean and spacious! Perfect location to downtown Mystic. We even visited New Port and Watch Hill Rhode Island. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

We had a wonderful stay at SeaBreeze and can't recommend it enough. The best part was the location—you're within walking distance of everything downtown Mystic, which made exploring restaurants, shops, and the waterfront effortless. No need to move the car once we arrived.The views were absolutely stunning, giving us a beautiful perspective of the area throughout our stay. The space was comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed every moment and would happily book again on our next trip to Mystic. If you're looking for a place that puts you right in the heart of it all with gorgeous scenery, SeaBreeze is the one.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful visit. The home and property are beautiful and have all the personal touches for a comfortable stay. The location to walk downtown and a quick drive to local attractions makes for ideal proximity. Great host communication end to end! A real gem! Thank you!

The house and Anna as a host were fantastic! From decor, to cleanliness and all the little things you need for a great stay, Anna had it covered. We will be coming back to this property again because we enjoyed it so much and just didn’t have enough time.

Relaxing and close to everything

We stayed here with another couple and had a blast. We enjoyed the beautiful yard and could easily walk downtown.

Beautiful home, great views and very convenient walking distance to the downtown area. Anna was super friendly, and her attention to detail (plus a couple of surprises in the refrigerator) were a great touch!

Perfect place to stay!

There aren’t enough positive words in the world to describe our stay. The house is gorgeous, fully stocked, and in the perfect location! Anna was an amazing host. We will definitely be back!

Family gathering

Prefect location for walking into town. We eat outside on the lovely patio every night. The rental worked out very well for our family gathering.

Strategically located between New York and Boston, the Mystic coast is ideal for ship building. The shipyards of Mystic built over 1400 ships between 1784 and 1919. These included small fishing and transport sloops, but also massive trans-oceanic merchant ships and beautiful Clipper Ships like the Andrew Jackson and David Crockett that were noted for their speed as well as their durability and beauty. Sealing, whaling, fishing and merchant shipping were also important to Mystic. The Mystic Seaport Museum in town sits along the river and is a walkable, living museum open every day.
