We rent from Saturday to Saturday. Except the first two weeks in May which rent for 4 nights.

Truro is the best of both worlds. A quiet restful retreat at our cottage or enjoy the hustle and bustle of Provincetown just minutes away.

Private Bay Beach/Ocean in the well loved Beach Point area of Truro, MA - a very desirable location. You have to experience the Outer Cape. THERE IS NOTHING LIKE IT.

Clean, bright and comfortable interior. Newly painted. New mattresses. New stove. Cottage has two bedrooms and a kitchen/living room area. One bedroom has a full size bed and the other bedroom has a bunkbed with a full size on the bottom and a single on top. Each full size bed has four pillows. Cottage sleeps five. NO SMOKING inside. NO PETS.

There is a full kitchen, refrigerator with freezer, four burner gas stove with an oven, cooking utensils, microwave, waffle maker, coffee maker, ice blender, toaster, popcorn popper, TWO flat screen TVs (one in kitchen/living room and one in a bedroom), cable, internet, FREE wifi, gas heaters, ceiling fan, window fans, no AC, small grass lawn, picnic table w/umbrella, lawn chairs, charcoal grill, and a large safe off the street parking lot. Parking is limited to TWO vehicles. No boats, trailers or campers.

Cottage has a reading library and board games.

ENJOY - swimming, sunning yourself, long walks on the beach, shopping, sight seeing, hiking/bike trails, bike rentals, large array of restaurants, salt / fresh water fishing, fishing charters, golf, drive-in theater, flea markets, art galleries, antique shops, nature walks, a Winery and Whale Watching.

You need to bring bed sheets, bed pillows, bath towels, bath mats, kitchen towels and beach towels. Bedspreads, blankets, pillows and beach chairs are provided.

We have owned these cottages since 1979. A family oriented group of 9 cottages. We have a manager who lives on the property. Cottages are just a few steps from our private beach. Many of our guests return year after year.
