Cozy Beach-Front Cottage ON the Sand

Come watch the sun rise from the comfort of your bed and enjoy the sunset over Provincetown and Cape Cod Bay from your private deck at dusk. This studio cottage was built in the 1930s for Portuguese fishermen. Revel in its old world charm and history while benefiting from its updates and amenities. Authentic wooden beams and floor add to its rustic roots. Window A/C unit, roomy bathroom. Kitchenette with stainless steel sink. Full size refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, glassware, flatware, and of course a lobster pot! Take a million dollar stroll down the beach all the way to Provincetown if you like. Or catch the nearby shuttle. Join in on the cottage colony atmosphere on the beach! Bring your beach towel and we provide the rest!

Fantastic location. Wonderful view of the water. Great communication and very responsive to questions. The cottage has a rustic feel - very different from the typical ‘all white’ decor you usually find in these types of rentals. Comfy bed.

Location, location, location. It was a wonderful, beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Paul and Michele were very happy to help and had quick responses with any questions I sent them. I would definitely recommend to stay at Sea Perch!!

It is a lovely spot with everything you might need. But it is a super tight squeeze. Lots of stuff “tchotchkes “ that could be cleared out for the summer. Otherwise super outdoor seating for ocean viewing and a nice shady spot on the side. Thanks to our hosts!

Paul and Michele are truly SUPER HOSTS. Instructions, communication, checkin, checkout, and everything in between says they are the best of the best. The first evening we were met with a beautiful sunset across the bay and adjacent to one of the two visible lighthouses/tower. We enjoyed the location, right on the beach, and the walk on the uncrowded beach that probably reaches all the short distance to P-town. It was a very short drive to great restaurants and a combo-deli/market (East End Market) that served novel soups and sandwiches as well as all the items we needed for charcuterie on the deck of the cottage. The cottage is like a mini-home, everything we needed located right on the beach. The nautical items and collectibles were fascinating. I found the numerous hooks throughout the cottage very useful. Too often not even the best of hotels offer this convenience. Unfortunately, a major storm cut our stay short but we got enough of a taste for the area and the hospitality of Paul and Michele that we already look forward to returning as schedules permit.

Nice location cottage was cute and decorated with amazing artifacts and very clean but overall came off as crowded dated and not very comfortable so I didn't spend much time there but that was OK because it gave me plenty of time to explore the natural beauty of Cape Cod

Perfect get-away

This cozy cottage was just what we were looking for for our anniversary get-away. Right on the water, close to lots of options for things to do. Check-in was easy and the owners were quick to respond to questions.

Best weekend getaway

My girlfriend and I enjoyed every minute of our time at The Sea Perch. The location was fantastic. Close to everything. We loved the ambiance of the cottage and we would love to make this an anual vacation.

The interior is cozy and eclectic. View of the bay. The bed is good; the kitchen a bit improvised but it works. Good wifi on a rainy day. Close to Provincetown and nice beaches.
