The main room boasts a cozy sofa that can also be transformed into a double sofa bed if you need extra sleeping space. The fully-equipped kitchen is spacious and includes top-notch appliances, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals at home. Additionally, there's a large breakfast bar with cushioned stool seating for quick snacks or a comfortable spot to sit while preparing meals. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both offer plush queen-sized beds and share a full bathroom located in the hallway, which also has a door leading to the outdoor patio and pool area.

For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer available in the home for your use.

The nearest international airport is Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB), about 7 miles away. Best to rent a car, but you could use Uber and Lyft or taxis. The popular landmarks and areas in the city, such as Daytona Beach and the Daytona International Speedway, are just a short drive away.

Other Things To Note
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
Security cameras are used on the exterior of the property for guest safety and security reasons only.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs a the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay for identity verification.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
