Our 3-night stay was perfect! The condo was very comfortable and we took full advantage of being ocean front. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the ocean view. The kitchen had everything we needed; the bedrooms and bathrooms were well-equipped.

Weekend trip

We came to the area for the weekend from south Florida. 1st time. We enjoyed the location, the beach view and access! Hade a great time!

Room was as described. Main bedroom bed was very comfortable. View was awesome. Kitchen could have been a little more stocked with silverware. there were bugs mostly in the kitchen. The entire building was sprayed for bugs while we were there. The 4 dryers and 1 washer were not working the entire week we were there. We needed to wash our bath towels and couldn’t. Front desk requested we give the towels to them early in morning, they would deliver back to us. The desk opened at 9:00, I took towels to them 9:30, by 3:00pm, no towels, 4:00pm went to front desk, they couldn’t tell me when we would get towels. I demanded they better find towels somewhere in that building so that we can take showers to get ready for dinner. They miraculously found a full set of towels for the 5 of us. This was very BAD customer service in my opinion. Also 1 of the 2 elevators wasn’t working the entire time there. The pool was very very nice and clean. In my opinion, the building needs an update. Oh and the refrigerator was a bottom freeze and the door was getting ready to break. We made the best of our vacation but wasn’t ready for all the issues we had. I will never stay in this building again !!

Average visit

We arrived to check in at 4pm and the unit wasn't cleaned yet. The cleaning staff was very nice, but we had to wait 2 hours before checking in. The unit didn't have a washer or dryer and new towels were not readily available so that was a little disappointing. The master bedroom didn't have the bed made with a bed sheet - only fitted and comforter, so that was kindof gross. Overall the visit was okay.
