Our stay was amazing as was the host. This unit has everything you need for an amazing beach trip. Beautiful view from the balcony, easy beach access and the house is well stocked with all your beach needs. Highly recommend this unit and host!

My family and I have been to this beautiful condo many times. It is always in mint condition and stocked with all your beach necessities (chairs, toys, towels, etc). Also Includes a pack n play and highchair if needed. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always available to answer any questions. We will definitely return to Southwind 201!

Perfect Vacation

Beautiful condo at our favorite beach. Condo was lovely, had everything we needed, and very relaxing. Owner was attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Easy check in and great location to do all the things we wanted. Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo with everything we needed for a fun family vacation! Owner was wonderful to work with, checking in often to ensure we enjoyed our stay!

Thank you for your positive review. We try to supply all the supplies needed for our guests including a seperate closet with all the beach accessories needed including boogie boards, skim boards, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella and cabana. We also have flat screen smart TV’s in all rooms and the living room with access to cable and online streaming apps including Netflix, Hulu and more. Out kitchen is stocked with spices, cooking supplies, small and large appliances (and amazing beach views). Unlike most other beach condos we offer 3 seperate full baths for our 3 bedroom unit which is a big plus for larger groups. Starting April 10th we will upgrade one of the bedrooms to offer a queen and twin bedroom set (the other bedrooms have one king bed and 2 twin beds). Hope you can enjoy your home for a future stay,

Wonderful stay! This is our 5th year of staying in this condo and it gets better every year. Martin makes sure every detail is taken care of. Just bring clothes and food and enjoy. Already booked for next year!!

Wonderful! Will do it again if we can. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds comfortable. View incredible. Very amenable for 4 old ladies berween the ages of 72 to 80.

Comfortable condo with great location

Lots to do in NSB, try renting the electric bikes from Pedego. So much fun. We enjoyed our stay, the condo is comfortable and has everything you will need.

Perfect Location and beautiful condo

Definitely one of the nicest condos we have rented and it was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The owner always responded promptly to our text and was very helpful. We hope to rent again next summer.

Family friendly with beautiful view

We had a wonderful week vacation in this oceanfront condo. We have 2 little ones and the open floor plan and endless amount of toys, games, beach gear and movies saved us a ton of packing and added to the fun! Would highly recommend.

Family vacation

Great location with easy access to everything! The condo was spacious and very clean and organized. All you need to bring is some clothes. One of the best I’ve stayed in and communication with the owner was superb! Highly recommend for anyone!

Best Beach Condo!

This was our second time staying in this condo and we love it. It is a 2nd floor corner unit right next to the stairs, so super easy to pop back and forth to the beach. It was big enough & comfortable for our three teen girls and their friends. The kitchen has everything you need and Martin has stocked it with plenty of beach chairs and towels. We love staying here, it is our favorite!

Easy access to the beach without having to use elevators and yet more private with it being on the second floor. We will keep making updates to make our home the best possible in New Smyrna Beach. Amazing condo, fantastic experience!

I use VRBO several times a year and rely on reviews. Do not hesitate to book this condo. Fantastic unit, clean, well stocked with high end amenities. Martin goes above and beyond to make your stay highly enjoyable.

Very nice condo

We just spent another fantastic week in this beautiful waterfront condo in New Smyrna Beach! This corner unit is in the perfect spot to have an unparalleled view, and waking to the sight and sound of the waves can’t be beat! Even in cooler weather, we spend as much time as possible just soaking up the warm morning sun on the balcony. There are two great elevators for unloading, although after that, we find it easier to use the stairs. There’s also a fantastic rooftop recreation room and a beautiful outdoor pool to enjoy. Plus, the beach can’t be beat for watching the rockets launch! The owner takes great care of this condo, and it shows in how well furnished and comfortable it is. We will be returning soon!

Best family friendly condo in NSB

This is our second time staying at this beautiful property. The condo has everything that you need to have an amazing time at the beach. The owner Martin is so helpful and communicative. The condo is very comfortable and clean. We will be back next year!!

Outstanding beachfront location

This is a well-equipped, comfortable family-oriented condo in a perfect location. Lots of toys for the kids, with great views of the ocean. The owner is very attentive. We had a couple of minor repair issues and he responded right away.

A Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family loves New Smyrna Beach and have been visiting for years. We LOVED staying and enjoying Southwind. 201 was amazing!!! Beautifully decorated condo, everything you could possibly need for cooking and beaching!! We will miss the breathtaking views over morning coffee and sunset evenings!! Martin is the ultimate host and made this a wonderful family vacation!!

Beautiful Place! Great Vacation!

This is our 2nd stay in this spacious condo with great views and we look forward to coming again. This is a beautiful, bright end unit that is very clean and well equipped. All of the beach toys, towels, and gear are there. Just pack your toothbrush and swimsuit and enjoy the quiet beach - which is literally a 1-2 minute walk from door to sand.

If I had to choose one condo in this building, this would be the perfect choice! It is an ocean front corner unit with a magnificent vista, as far as the eye can see! Located perfectly on the second floor, it’s an easy run up the nearby staircase if you don’t want to bother with one of the two elevators. Inside, the owner has spared no expense in making it a comfortable and beautiful retreat to relax in. We love being able to view the frequent launches from our private balcony, watch the birds and dolphins play in the ocean, and hear the sound of the waves at night! The bedding is new and top notch. The kitchen has every appliance and cooking tool imaginable, and is fully stocked with all the little things you need to pull together a quick lunch or fine cuisine! There’s also a lovely lounging area on the second floor, not far from the unit, that is a perfect place to watch the sunset with a glass of wine. You can’t go wrong with this condo…It’s simply the best of the best! We can’t wait to return!
