I had a great experience with Ocean Reef Villas 311. It was clean, very comfortable and well stocked with just about anything you need. There's a lovely view from the balcony and a great pool to cool off in. I would definitely recommend it and hope to stay again when I'm in the area.

This rental was just awesome, from the location, ocean views, and the condo itself were just perfect. The condo was so well equipped, from everything you could want, even beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Hopefully we’ll be able to return sometime in the future!

The condo was very clean and the location/view of the beach was exceptional. Beach chairs were provided and in good condition. The bed was also very comfortable. The management team was helpful and immediate in providing responses.My only suggestion to the owner is to invest in a new washing machine. Lengthy, hand-written instructions on its use were confusing to follow.

This is a very comfortable unit with everything you need a splendid, relaxing vacation. It’s on a lovely stretch of beach - and the downtown Flagler Street area with its restaurants, coffeehouses and shops is just a 20 minute walk north along the sand. Back at the complex, the pool is a great option, and you’re just minutes from grocery stores, drug stores and other retail. The host and property manager were great about sharing information on activities in the area, including reminders about space shots - we observed three from the beach during our stay, including a spectacular night launch. Great place to rest and relax.

Lori was very gracious in making sure our check in went smoothly and we had all of the information we needed in addition to providing lots of helpful local information.The condo is an older complex but our unit has been nicely updated and furnished with everything we needed and much more. Our corner unit with huge glass sliding doors provided outstanding views of the beach and ocean. Large pool area is right on the beach with lots of room to kick back and relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Thanks for your kind review. Publix, CVS, Walgreens and numerous restaurants are located within a very short walk. We are directly on the ocean. Flagler avenue shopping entertainment district is a 1 mile walk North along the beach.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay at Ocean Reef! The host was very responsive and super nice. The place was clean and exactly what we had expected based on the pictures provided. Would definitely stay again!

Near Daytona Beach Intl. Airport (30 minute drive) .Size/Capacity: The higher up, the nicer the view, that's why our owners chose 311.
Everything is conveniently within walking distance.
