Shady Oak is a perfect location. It is about 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from downtown Charleston, and walkable to over 30 places to eat, drink, and shop in Park Circle, including Jackrabbit Filly, Odd Duck Market, and Evo Pizzeria. It is also a quick walk to the Park Circle Playground, the world’s largest inclusive playground.

Enjoy the large outdoor entertainment area equipped with a private pool, loungers, and cabana with a grill, TV, and plenty of seating.

For rest and relaxation, there is a first-floor king bedroom with ensuite bath and two upstairs bedrooms: one with a queen bed and full/twin bunk and another with a queen bed and full/twin trundle.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
