Spectacular location and set up. Easily accommodated our large group. The porch was great for early risers who wanted coffee. The main room was spacious with plenty of seating. The location itself was within walking distance of some terrific restaurants and a large bar with a great dance floor. Will stay again next time we visit!

What a fabulous property in the heart of it all! I loved this charming 4 bedroom. The hosts were so wonderful, even helping my niece recover her ever so important emotional stuffed animal after she left it. I would love to stay here again in the future. We would highly recommend to everyone.

The host was incredible and always quickly got back to me prior to our stay answering any questions I had! We very comfortably fit our group of ten here and loved the location! It was an adorable house that was perfect for our girls trip. I highly recommend this VRBO!

The property was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. It was a short walk to King St. The porch and rockers were very relaxing.

Celebrated a Bachelorette Weekend here! House was beautiful and host was great! Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars on King Street. The courtyard area provides extra privacy and gives an oasis type of feel. We had 10 girls and plenty of space to hang and get ready. Would highly recommend!

All the charm of Charleston in one place. Clean, nicely equipped and accessible. Easy walk to King Street and surrounding area. Miki was great and responded quickly.

Great place and location. Everything you'd want to see in downtown Charleston was walkable or a quick Uber. Place was clean and had great character.

clean space. the unit was exactly like the photos listed. great location since it was very close to king st which is what my group and i had wanted since we were a group of 8 visiting for a bachelorette trip. the host met us at check in to give us the keys and was very thorough in explaining every rule and all directions. the amenities were good, we were able to connect to the bluetooth speaker right away but we later had issues with connecting to the speaker and the wifi the rest of the trip, but we had brought our own speaker so it ended up being okay. at check out when we were cleaning up we had asked the host for extra trash bags but they weren’t able to provide any more so my group and i went and bought more.

We wish you had reached out during your stay, as we would have been happy to walk you through the process or stop by and assist you. Regarding the supplies, we typically receive feedback from guests that they are pleasantly surprised by the generous starter supplies we provide. For a three-night stay, we provided four trash bags, which is generally more than sufficient. We also provide a separate recycling bin outside the home, as recyclable items should not be placed in a trash bag. We appreciate your feedback and glad you otherwise enjoyed your stay!

We had a great long weekend celebrating a girls trip in Charleston. This was the perfect place to stay - great location, comfortable and room for everyone. Sitting on the porch in the rockers was a highlight!

Great Location!

We were looking for a great location, pretty much walked everywhere. The house is cozy and in a fairly quiet area, plenty of room for our family.

Came to Charleston for our son’s wedding. House was clean and comfortable and had all we needed for our stay. Location was close to great restaurants and shopping. Had rain all weekend but the porch was a great place to sit and visit with family protected from the rain.
