We had a fantastic stay! Beautiful property and we would love to return in the near future. The condo was exactly what we were looking for. The view of the ocean was fabulous! We would highly recommend this property and booking through VRBO!

We loved our little trip to Amelia and staying here! Was perfect for our family, right on the beach with great views and had everything we needed for the beach and to relax!!

Great location, walking distance to beach and pool to chill down in the afternoons. Great size for our family. Close to local restaurants.

The condo was very nice and we had a great time. Our only complaint was mold in the hall bathroom shower/tub, and mold in the washing machine. We felt like the cleaning crew may not be doing a good enough job.

Very nice property. AC worked great. Lots of hot water in showers and the view of the ocean is far better than the photos on line suggest.

Quick Getaway

My husband and I wanted to take our son (spina bifuda) on a quick getaway to relax and enjoy the beach. This was the perfect place to do just that. We had a wonderful time.

Overall the experience was good. The property is in an excellent location with ample parking. We really enjoyed the pool which was never crowded. Being in an end unit was nice, very sunny and nice view of the pool/ocean. Overall the unit was a bit dated, with worn furniture/mattress. Lots of minor things were old/worn out that lead us to believe that this has been a rental for a long time and could use a little update. The property manager was excellent and it was really easy to check in and out. We would 100% stay here again, just hope the owners invest in some much needed TLC.

Great

I have stayed in this resort for 10 years. However this condo, B160, was by far the nicest and best decorated of them all. Wonderful view, clean, neat, comfortable and the bathrooms were redone with the gueats in mind. Wonderful experience.

Absolutely perfect!

The condo was beautiful, well appointed and well maintained. Couldn’t have had a better view of the ocean from the patio. The property manager was over the top helpful and most professional. The beach was easily accessible from the boardwalks that went out from the property. Chairs and umbrellas were placed each day. Restaurants were all excellent. Great sister time!
